I am Anbarasan. I am one of the new nippon dealer from 17 August 2021.
I got dealership but they didn't provide colouring machine. But I am eligible for colouring machine. In that time cluster head told me that they don't have stock and he will arrange within one month. But still i didn't get colouring machine from nippon.
I am belong to trichy depot 1008/ TS04. Tamilnadu zone. I have two contact persons mobile numbers only. 1. Sales officer. 2. Cluster officer. Both are not responding. Every time telling next week also saying new stories.
I asked them to give divisional head number to check about machine. But they didn't provide.
Due to this pongal big sales not able done. This is big loss for me.
Also I lost my patience and told them to cancel my dealership two day before. Still no response.
I searched dealer compliant numbers but I found only consumer complaint number.
I Don't know how to handle this situation.
I am new businessman. I need some support from nippon to get colouring machine or any solution. Was this information helpful? |
