I’ve booked a 2bhk flat on 07/03/2015 in building known as “one spirit” situated at one mumbai & cancelled the flat booking on date 16/04/2016 & i’ve paid you the total of rs.2308000 (Rupees twenty three lakhs eight thousand only).
As you committed the paid amount will be refunded within 1.5 year with interest but still it’s not refunded yet.

Non delivery of flat booked by buyers
The developer is not delivering the flat booked in 2009, where agreement was to deliver flat in June 2013. Most of buyers have paid 50 to 95℅ of cost. I have booked a flat in Nirmal Lifestyle City Kalyan - Platano E project in the month of Jan 2013. Stamp Duty and registration was done in Dec 2014 after prolonged follow up with the builders.

The project is stalled for sure. The possession date was April 2016 and now they say they will hand over by April 2017 with no penalty.

Friends I do not see this project complete by April 2027 as well. These are cheaters...
