I had invested in project collosium in kalyan in year 2014. However after multiple follow ups since the project was not even initiated. I was asked to cancel the booking in 2017 with the promise to pay the principle amount. Till date i am visiting in the hope that dharmesh jain gets recovered and his business blooms again so that i get my money back.. God bless him

I had booked a flat in thames in the c-wing, no.302 on 3rd floor in october 2015 for which i was promised the possession of flat by december 2017. Later they informed that due to dumping ground issues they have got a stay for the project and offered me an apartment equivalent to the carpet area in one of their other towers for which i had not agreed.

Due to this i had cancelled the booking in october 2016 and have asked for the refund amount paid during the booking amount.

After regular follow-ups also they are not refunding the amount.

A court order has been issued by maharera on 29 april 2019 and to this day, which construes to almost 5 months, nlskpl does not even have the decency to acknowledge a court order in which it clearly mentions to give full refund with interest.

Moreover, we have been patiently requesting nlskpl as well as rera to inform us what are the modalities in order of execution of this order (Reattached herewith). Not rera nor nlskpl has taken any move in this matter till date.

As already indicated during the hearing that my husband needs medical attention due to his leukemia and we are in need of funds for his resolve. The same has also been mentioned in the order.

It is prudent to mention that during the hearing when my husband had questioned the judge regarding the seriousness of enactment of order being passed by him in any eventuality, in front of the nlskpl, and with all authority, shri madhav kulkarni in his own words said that "when pass the order, they have to obey" and the same has also been mentioned in the order.

However, all we see is a total mockery of shri madhav kulkarni and maharera by nlskpl.


This is a total reproach and if any of them have seriously taken an oath to serve justice to deserving people, now is the time when you must fulfill your oaths and do what is good and conclude this matter by making our payoff immediately in one go which should include main amount + interest amount.

We have invested in us - open game point in 2013 ; from that day till today he is revising dates of possession: completely fed up with follow ups now. Shapoorji has taken over but nothing is happening at site. We want entire refund with interest. Please help us we have agreement copy as well & all payment receipts expect help asap
Earliest commitment was for 2016 later revised to 2017 later 2018 finally they made agreement n mention 2020 but till date from 2013 their is no progress site is in same condition & staff keep on changing & we don’t get any reply
Shapoorji team at site also unable to answer anything till date they have not received any oc or cc to start work also we have lost all hopes now kindly help us to get full amount refund with interest asap to take house somewhere else our parents are suffering every year with shifting in rented places nirmal is now a nightmare to us we lost faith in them we don’t want to keep this residence plz help expect your kind cooperation

Nirmal lifestyle, game point, paid 90%, but no construction done till date! Total fraud!! Please do not invest in any nirmal lifestyle projects! They had been taking the payments on time but failed to deliver the project. We have invested our hard earned money but they don't even have the construction updates till date!!! We have been sending emails for refunding the money due to the failed project but no response to our emails either.

I’ve booked a 2bhk flat on 07/03/2015 in building known as “one spirit” situated at one mumbai & cancelled the flat booking on date 16/04/2016 & i’ve paid you the total of rs.2308000 (Rupees twenty three lakhs eight thousand only).
As you committed the paid amount will be refunded within 1.5 year with interest but still it’s not refunded yet.

Nls give 4 pdc with interest totaling to rs 10.5 l. But the first cheque bounced in nov 2017 and since then they are giving us promises but payment has not been made till date.

Whenever i approached them for refund, they will promise to pay the next month.

For this issued i already submitted letter to our prime minister office. For this matter. And about this fraud builder.

In jan 2019 also i drop a mail to nls customer care regarding this issue. But they inform that we are in discussion of having a joint venture with leading developers for the project “one spirit” at mulund west and we are hopeful to conclude the same within next 4/5 months.
Now how many month or year we have to wait for our white money.

Please think on that this is very serious matter now.
So i requested to please think on deeply from heart but not from mind. About that persona who paid and book flat in nls.

We had booked a flat in nirmal lifestyle project in kalyan, building colosseum in the year jun 2014. We paid rs. 8l as roughly 20% of the cost. The builder promised that this will get completed by dec 2017. However, no work has started till date. Even after repeated follow ups, the builder never gave a proper response. And in jul 2017, i received a letter saying the project has been cancelled and they sent 4 pdc with interest totalling to rs 10.5 l. But the first cheque bounced in nov 2017 and since then they are giving us promises but payment has not been made till date.
Whenever i approached them for refund, they will promise to pay the next month.

There is another group of around 20 people woth same case, they filed a fir through an advocate and the builder had promised them to pay them in a weeks time.
I am sure, there are many more victims of nirmal. We can come together as a group and fight.

I had booked a Flat in Nirmal Lifestyle City Project in Ambivali Kalyan on 06th July 2014 in Building Named " COLOSSEUM" Flat No B-705 and was promised Possession as of December 2017 & that i had made the payment 1541022/- as and when i received a call from their office for the additional payment saying slab is come up etc & i went on paying the same but when i went to see the site there was no sign of the building and the slabs against which they were demanding the payments.Even after all this i was again called and asked to Pay Rs 375000.00 for the third slab whereas in physically there was not even a site dug up leave alone the Slabs.After this the builders without any communication sent me a letter saying that the project is not going ahead & hence sent me Eight Post dated cheques starting from 03.11.2017 to 20.05.2018 mentioning the Principal amount and Compensation on the delayed part but again all the cheques have been bounced.The builders office is not giving any proper response not responsing to my calls and the manner in which they talk is also not acceptable.

I would request all the owners who have booked their flats in this project to unite together and take this builder to task legally so that our hard earned money is not utilized by them.

I have booked flat on 2013, stated that project will complete in 2016 possession but since 2014 no progress on work but they ask for money and payment with intrest for delay payment

And now the situation is i have cancelled my flat and asking my refund due no progress of work they all the time says will give it since last 1.5 year. No money received till date and are they paying me with intrest with my principal amount.

We have booked a flat with the nirmal life style kalyan project during 2010, the possession was promised on 2014, till date there is no commitment of date neither reply from the builder side about possession date. We have paid the full amount and paying the loan emi as well as rent. Frequent visits to their mulund and site office has not given any response. Now they are telling the date has been uploaded in the rera site as dec 2018. Another year delay. Why so much delay even though they have received full amount from us. They are not taling about any compensation also. Neither they are not refund the amunt as per the market value.

I am a NRI resident of Singapore and have booked an appartment in Nirmal Lifestyle One Spirit E 2201 in the year 2012 and have paid a total sum of arround Rs 24, 50, 000 to Nirmal Lifestyle till date via NEFT and till date there is no progress on the apartment and not even single update from Nirmal Lifestyle on the property. I recently cancelled the booking and requested to repay the entire booking anount with all the necessary documents requested by Nirmal Lifestyle after several follow up Nirmal Lifestyle there is no update from their team and no amount refunded yet. Its almost 1 month and have made more than 10 calls and multiple email follow up. Nirmal Lifestyle is not even attending calls and the unprofessional receptionist has asked me to file complain and disconnected the call.
Need resolution on this case as this seems to be case of false commitment on delivery and fraud of funds which is paid to them for the booking

My wife Radha satyanarayan has booked a 2 BHK flat in Olympia C 1806 in December 2014, your letter of intent 25th January 2015. The following terms and conditions were agreed upon:

1. The proposed date of completion would be Dec 2017 at that time based on our booking in Dec 2014. Based on the planned completion date we were informed that in case the flats were not constructed before Dec 2017, rent @ market rate would be payable from the first of January 2018.

2. Following non obtaining of approvals by various authorities at your end you have orally mentioned that the project will be completed by Dec 2019...which is not at all mentioned on paper.

3. There is absolutely no planned completion dates either on the letter of intent or on the registered agreement 4725/16 of 18/05/2016.

4. I as an aggrieved customer have paid right up to the first slab of this proposed project.

THE FOLLOWING ASSURANCES ARE REQUIRED ON AN URGENT BASIS:

1. A letter assuring that the project is planned for completion by Dec 2019...NO ORAL AGREEMENTS PLEASE.

2. Payment of rent would commence from January 2018 till the date of completion of the project...NO ORAL AGREEMENTS PLEASE.

3. None of your staff...NOW VAISHALI MOHITE (spokesman for the project) takes responsibility for intimation.I keep calling her on her mobile and also the landline she cuts the call...without leaving a message...THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR FOR THE CUSTOMER...we want an absolute redressal to this...immediately.

4. We need a proper month by month progress in the project to be intimated on this e-mail every month, beginning of the month as THERE SEEMS TO BE NO VISIBLE PROGRESS FROM DEC 2014 TO DEC 2016...it has taken two years to COMPLETE THE EXCAVATION?????(also in doubt)

5. I had NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE E-MAIL FROM DEC 2014 TO DEC 2016. The people who sold the flat to the persons being changed are MULTIFARIOUS. It started with Chaabra, to Pratik, and now to Vaishali WITHOUT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY PINNED DOWN ON THEM AND ANSWERABLE TO THE CUSTOMER.

6. I want the flowchart or month by month progress and completion chart sent to me and apprised to me on a fortnightly basis.

7. The money agreed upon in the agreement is 40% more than the current market rate...THEREFORE I THINK A DISCOUNT IN THE RATE PER SFT is absolutely warranted.

My name is Deepak khandare i have booked a flat in nirmal life style city in 2009 in kalyan while booking they said posession will be in 2012 december. but till now we are just getting a verbal commit every month and they have taken my 95 percent money as per slab. also as a grouo of people suffered like me had a meeting lots but still no response from him also this has shown in media also but still no one is bothered and neither any response from their side nirmal is a cheater. still we are waiting for posession.

Booked the flat in Dec 2010, was promised the possession in Dec 2014 with all the feature and facilities like play ground, gardens, Club house and on.

Today its September 2016... still no sign of possession... In revert we are getting just false dates.

In delay in Installment payments they have charged @ 18% even for 1 day also. Now they delayed for almost 2 yrs and will be giving nothing may be not even possession (may be).

I have booked in Cyprus, supposed to get the flat in Dec 2016, don't see that happening, recently some flat owners staged a protest and also got coverage on Marathi TV channel, unfortunately not many o[censored]s knew of this. we must have a common platform to discuss and meet together. only if we are united in this we can meet the challenges. A common email id can be created for the same, so all o[censored]s can communicate with each other or if a what up group has been created pls share. our next protest must be to the new real estate regulators. my email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com. lets get together to fight for what we have paid for.

I have booked the flat with Nirmal Life Style Kalyan in year 2012 (Magnolia 701) and have found out recently Nirmal life style staff are not at all picking up the phone OR nor answering your queries.I have paid something around 25% of property price with no sight of getting the possession of property.

The problem being they started the building and have left with just two floors done

I would appreciate if any one can provide me the procedure to go about getting the refund of the money paid.

I am an nri and invested in mumbai at nirmal olympia project. After 2 yrs nothing much was done on ground, they took over 27 lakhs inr from me as of today.In may 2016 i learned that they completely changed the building plan and layout. Also postponed the possession from dec 2017 to may 2020. This made me cancel my booking and now they are delaying my refund payment. They say that they will issue my pdc cheques after 6 months.

I have purchased flat in nirmal lifestyle kalyan in 2011 & taken return 20% money without interest in 2015 so my opinion is that this group is a big fraud & not interested in doing business seriously.They only want to earn money by taking 20% money from customer & invest in other business or place in bank & earn free interest.After 2-3 years they told that there is problem in land documents & could not clear easily & may required 7-8 years.So dear flat seekers I alert you not to invest money in such fraud company

I have booked in Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan project in June 2014 1BHK apartment Nirmal Lifesyle Colosseum B wing 706. It was been informed by Nirmal Team that after paying 20% i, e (Rs 5.89 lacs) by August 2014 my registration will happen in September 2014. They have informed us that CC is available and work have already started. I have paid 20% Rs 5.89 lacs in August 2014 but till now nothing have taken place by Nirmal team. So i have send them an e-mail and mail for refund of my money through registered post but no reply from their side.

Request you kindly get my money refunded from Nirmal Lifestyle as they are fooling to many many customers without any approvals they are selling the property in Kalyan.
