Nirmal LifeStyle — Delay in possession and still not providing confirmed date for possession | |||
Booked a flat with Nirmal Lifestyle Turquoise in Jan 2011. The possession date at the time of booking was June 2014. Regularly paid installments till March 2012. After which the builder stopped communication and resumed communication only after 1.5 years. That too when we checked for the project status and possession date. Till date the builder is not providing date for possession. So far already received 3 different dates. The building is 40 odd floors and still construction near 22nd slab only is raised. The builder is not completing registration of the flat and a huge amount paid so far is lying with the builder. False Complaints have been lodged on various online portals against the reputed builders of Mumbai "Nirmal Lifestyle".

Fake Reviews are going around on various portals for a renowned builder in Mumbai 'Nirmal Lifestyle ' which is hampering the brand reputation.
The fact is true Nirmal Life Style is a fraud. Instead of writing off complaints as fraud to tarnish their image it would be better if they posted an official post on their site with a revised possesion date alongside respective projects which are stalled and possession long overdue. The common man to take note and check themselves the present position of projects which are still incomplete for the past 5 years by Nirmal Life Style. Do not get carried away by the advertisment in the print media and sweet talks of the sales team...A investor in Nirmal Life Style Turquoise project booked flat in 2010 and no sign of completion till date.
