Nirmal LifeStyle — Refund not received

Hi,

I have invested in nirmal omega property, mulund in dec 2012. This project didn't get approval. I have been contacting nirmal office in mulund since 2014 to get back my money. I am not getting satisfactory answers from them. They had issues cheques in 2014 but 1st cheque itself was bounced.

Please look into it and return back all money for the people who had invested in nirmal lifestyle real estate projects.

I expect some action from your end. Not just forwarding it to Nirmal Lifestyle customer support as there is no action from their side. I am sure there may be thousands of buyers facing the same issue.
