Nirmal LifeStyle — Refund of my token money | |||||
Dear Sir, I have booked in Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan project in June 2014 1BHK apartment Nirmal Lifesyle Colosseum B wing 706. It was been informed by Nirmal Team that after paying 20% i, e (Rs 5.89 lacs) by August 2014 my registration will happen in September 2014. They have informed us that CC is available and work have already started. I have paid 20% Rs 5.89 lacs in August 2014 but till now nothing have taken place by Nirmal team. So i have send them an e-mail and mail for refund of my money through registered post but no reply from their side. Request you kindly get my money refunded from Nirmal Lifestyle as they are fooling to many many customers without any approvals they are selling the property in Kalyan.
