[Resolved]  Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — I have been cheated deducting the payment first and given an agreement later, I need a refund

What they say n they write is totally different. That girl fooled us saying this is your final amount and you don't have to pay anything else. Now they are telling me there are maintainance charges. I have just asked for updated list of the resorts there were only 20 resorts hardly mostly in north n north west all south resorts r gone n some of them r even paid.

So now i paid 40000/-
I will pay 5000/- yearly
I will pay 850/- per night at hotel

Is it some joke?

I need my refund otherwise my next email will be to consumer court
