[Resolved]  Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — not getting reservations and dae login - fake and false expectations

We have bought nirmiti membership on 9th dec 2018. They promised us with lots of fake and false expectations during time of purchase.

1) i bought this membership in 69000 through my credit card for which they initially said you do not have to pay the interest on emi's through credit card as it will be bear by nirmiti itself.
But i ended up paying the 12 months emi interest. And when asked they said we did not make any such promise.

2) while purchasing the membership i was told that i will get my dae logins with 4 weeks verbally and officially with in 6-8 weeks. I asked them i am planning to go to bali (Indonesia) on 27-jan-2019 for my honeymoon and will it be possible to share dae login early so that i can book the hotel stay and can leverage the membership. At that time they confirmed it but when i asked them after 4 weeks. They completely denied it and said it will take 6-8 weeks only. I ended up doing the booking for bali by myself.
They ruined my honeymoon trip which is a very special one in anyone's life. Since then i am chasing them for dae logins.

*then in march (Precisely 4th-mar-2019) i approached them again for dae logins as i was preparing for thailand trip in april end this year. Since then i am over calls and mail but till date have not received the login details.
When i asked about the issue they said they have some contract issue going on with dae and their higher management is chasing them and making false promises. Have make numerous calls and emails (Have all the records) but no luck. I even asked to cancel and refund the amount but no luck.
They are harassing me since then and due to them i had to cancel my thailand trip.

3) now as per their condition i asked to make booking in goa resort (3 rooms) which is under their membership and do not need any other details. They denied saying resort is under renovation and may being the peak season can only give one room.
I requested the rooms on 09-apr and the booking dates are 29-31 may 2019. While purchasing the membership they promised you can book the resort just 2-3 days before the checkin date. But here they are not providing the rooms 2 months in advance booking.

I check online on 10-apr-2019 and there rooms were available through online portal for my desired travel date. But now they are saying rooms are not available and can only give one room. Now just because of them i have to cancel my goa trip also.

Do not know when they will stop harassing the customer. Totally exhausted by their response. They commit to make calls and send email but all in vain. Looking for some help in these regards.

Visited their permanent address(501, 5th floor, Abhiman - 2, LBS Road, Opposite forest office, Teen hath naka, Thane(west) 400602) and collected the cheque as i did not availed their service.

How long will it take to notify Nirmiti.
They are not responding my emails or calls and i can't even use their services.
