[Resolved]  Nirmiti Resorts And Clubs — Fraud company - providing false commitments

I have taken membership from Nirmiti group on 31st October 2016. After 2 days, we want to cancel the membership as we will move to abroad and we will be not able to utilize that. We requested for cancellation through phone call. They asked me to call to main branch customer care. They asked me to drop an email.
From that day, we are sending emails continuously and making phone calls.
But they are not responding to emails and they won't lift our calls.even if by chance they lift, they will reply the same as they will check and get back to us. But I am not getting that when will they get back to us.The person who explained to us on that day we took membership is also not responding to our phone calls. Before cancellation, she was responding very nicely.
They replied me that it will take maximum 60 days to refund our money.But the doubt we have to get is they don't have our account details.How will they refund our money?And I heard that there will be cancellation charges.But in our legal document, There are no such conditions mentioned. Such an irritating process this is.
I am feeling like I have done a big mistake by trusting this group and joining in this group. Please refund our money. These people are not trust worthy.

I too faced the same Problem. I called them on 3rd day of my Booking and due to some reason I ask them to cancel my membership but no one gives me any kind of information. I called them almost 10 times but every time they just ask for Name and told me that they will contact me. Not even single person in this so called group of Nimriti do have any kind of information. Surprising and Shameful at the same time. Even one of the staff members named as "Ajay" talked so rudely and disconnected the Phone. This is the kind of service you promise to your customers. Its really really disappointing from so called big name.
First learn how to talk to your customers. My feedback is they are only sweet to you when they were convincing you to join their membership. I'm sure they do the same to their membership owners, at the time of Booking.

Great experience..me and my husband we went to Sikkim and stayed in one of their resorts..it was a nice and comfortable stay. We loved their service..and I can say it is much more better than any other clubs. I have been a member of club Mahindra but it was not upto the mark. Nirmiti has fulfilled my aspectation. We would be looking forward for more holidays together.

Worst company I have ever faced.
Whenever I call them, they will be on off and they asks us to call them next day. I complained 4 months back, but till now there is no response from them, This is not trust worth company.
They will show us a lot about their services but nothing will be there once we took our membership.
I lost my money because of this useless company.
Please don't trust these kind of cheap people.

Please help me in getting back the amount from them.

I have purchase a membership on 27 feb 2017 for Rs 45000(including bank charges) and next day (28 feb 2017) I have cancelled the membership due to some personal reasons. Now we have contacted them through email but they are telling that I need to pay Rs 10000 as cancellation charges. They did not provide their company policy details and also not written in agreement paper about such cancellation charges. Now we are asking to refund our money Rs 45000 but they are not responding. Furthermore all their sales representative numbers are also not working to whom we bought this membership. I lost my money because of this useless company.
Please don't trust these kind of cheap people.
I am in very bad situation.
Please help me in getting back the amount from them.

Hi, we too bought a membership last year and now they tell us that the other resorts in Goa have closed down, with no prior intimation! Only one is functioning, in Anjuna. We took this membership (for 95, 000) after getting trapped in all their sweet talk. They never told us about any lesser cost memberships while booking and after we got the documents we found that there were other cheaper options. We are very worried whether this group will last for 10 years as that's our validity period. We haven't used any of their resorts yet, so was wondering if I can get my money back as well. The best way for all o[censored]s now is to form a group and approach the consumer court. None of their representatives or so called managers get back even after repeated calls. Please let's get together. The sales rep from whom I purchased left the company soon after!

Hello, I went to Goa on 26 March 2017 with my wife.A guy met me with a scratch card of Nirmiti resorts and club holidays.he invited me to some country resort.we went there.a sales guy named Ashfaque attended us, and showed the hotel. Then he told us about various packages of Nirmiti resorts and club .He insisted me to join in one hour with joining fees of 48 k in emi's. But I told them that I need time to think about it.His manager Bernard and Ritesh came also and both of them got irritated when I asked for some time.then they start humiliating us.they said it seems 48K is very huge amount for you guys and many other things. I wondered that who recruited them for sales.their behaviour was so bad on the first day itself that we felt humiliated. I request to all o[censored] guys that pls don't fall in their trap. Nirmiti resorts and club and their sales people are fraud.They ll lure u with a gift bt that will be of no use.And once they got advance money from u they will not respond properly Enjoy ur holidays. Thanks

Please dnt. Talk to this kind of people on ur trip they will spoil your holidays.we too lost our time n money.they won't let u go until u give them money.please dnt go for any kind of gifts.i want to cancel my membership.somebody help me

We were also fooled by Nirmiti. In Manali we paid them rs. 7500 as advance money for membership enrolment. The very next day we informed them to cancel the membership for personal reasons. Now, they are saying that not a single rupee will be refunded. Beware of thede fraudsters.

We are also facing same problem.we enrolled for membership on 19.8.17 and very next day we cancelled membership n we paid 52500.now the executive nirmal and manager rishi is not picking up our calls.nirmiti resorts and clubs is a fraud company

We were also fooled by Nirmiti . We faced the same problem enrolled membership on 22nd Aug . We made a request for cancellation and now Nirmiti are not ready to refund our money.
Secondly their staff are so unprofessional & rude as if they have done favour on us by giving their membership.

We tried making a booking in advance since we were getting cheap airfares but the booking person told us that we cannot make any booking prior to one month. What is the use of your holiday stay when you have to pay high airfares? This company sucks. All we can think of is going to Lonavla and using the hotel stays, which is the closest to Mumbai since we cannot make use of cheap airfares! Can we form a group and go to the consumer court or something? Help!

an extremely fraud company. we were luckily saved as we had not paid any money. efforts. Md Azam the sales person and his boss raj are fraudsters and leave no opportunity to make a fool of the customers by wasting their valuable time.

Please do not ever take any membership of Nirmiti. It is a FRAUD company. i took membership on 8th October 2017 and I cancelled my membership on next day itself. Since then the company people are fooling around by saying call our customer care and made me call many other staff members. None of them gave me any correct information. They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and CHEATERS !!! They are will block your numbers and all means to contact them. I have called these people so many times but no response at all. The name of the people are JAYESH and ADITYA. Stay away from their fake promises and fraud sales method. They are running this business just to fool common people like us. They made me take membership fooling me stating that this offer is valid only for today so take the membership today only. Please do not believe these people because if you cancel you membership next day itself still they will not return your money. Ideally, they should be returning the money incase you cancel your membership within 24 hours (which i did). Inspite, of this also they are behaving very bad and rude. In case of further clarification about this company and the people do call me on [protected]. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY PEOPLE AND SAFAGUARD YOUR MONEY !!!

These people are absolute frauds and please do not indulge in any executive trying to give you a scratch card saying you won a prize. When we went there with zero expectations. Then, they started luring us into the scheme by asking to pay 45k in EMI. Then i started digging into details, details so small that they just lost it and wanted me to just buy their scheme. I realized they were fraud very early, but wanted to see them lose their minds. I ended up wasting my 2 hours but definitely made sure that they also lose their time and probably save some of the people who would come there. Please guys, whoever have gone through this ordeal and ended up paying money file a public grievance complaint at CPGRAMS site which is related to the government. I have heard it is pretty active. The faster you guys act on this, the more people will be saved from these fraudsters and probably things may get resolved at your end.

What you said it correct sir...we have been lured 145000/-...these people are fraud . They said thy will confirm membership with in a day.. but didn't get any e mail.

I was also caught by these people in Manali.The 1st level tout will spot you and lucre you for some gift i[censored] spend one hour with them on ' tea - coffee'. They pose you as management students seeking some information to help them earn some credit points. The 2nd level tout will make sure that u are capable of holidaying and have a credit/debit card with u. Then u will be directed to the "PROFESSOR' in this business.Now it is your acumen to save yourself and come out without getting looted .

Hi I am Archana and I am not agreed with all these. I also joined Nirmiti by taken Mamber and from last 3 month I taken 2 holidays which was really very wonderful. I am very happy with Member service department. god bless you Kavita...

I have signed a agreement for holidays with this company
They commited to give the membership and id
within a week. So called the person for my membership and id. Because I wanted to book for Rajasthan trip.
And that is the day when he bolcked my number and even not recieving my calls from another number.
The name of concern persons are mr. Aditya singh, miss. Sayali bhilare.
I want my money back that's it.
