[Resolved]  Nirmiti Resorts And Clubs — Fraud company - providing false commitments

Same happened with me as well in dec17 at condolim beach goa, when a college guy provided a scratch card and pulled us before mehbub azam([protected]) and krunal patel ([protected])where we ended up buying thier membership.
they kept poking initially to go for tour but when we actually planned for same, they stopped taking calls and responding to messages.
DAE is also not arrived even after a year has crossed.
web address given in phamplets is incorrect 'nirmitihotelsandresorts.com' which does not exists.

Same experience for me during my visit to candolim beach in goa where the initial guy cons you with a scratch card and takes you to their monkey den where they try their hearts out to try and con you, loot you out of whatever they can and start getting rude when we don`t fall for their fraud..thankfully didn`t spent a penny although lost a an hour of precious tour time..please avoid..my so called trip executive was really an irritating person and totally rude and in appropriate for the role..Beware of this people..

I was on holiday with my family in Nov 2018, one person came to me and asked to scratch the card and offered the gift to us from Nirmiti. When we went to Nirmiti they convinced us to become the member for 5 year for INR 42653, as per there commitments they should be given us DAE login and password, however now it is 2 months they are not responding also their talented employee said DAE contract is over and it is suddenly expired..wow DAE is suddenly expired..also there one employee Shabbir is not responsible he is the one who took us through there plans. Please please stop doing these kind of things with Goa visitors it make Goa as a city of fraud and thugs, refund my hard earned money.

When we went to Nirmiti one girl name Alisa Axavedo from Mapusa and team manage to convinced us with their sweet talks and promises to become a member for 25 year for INR 1, 78000, as per there commitments they should give us DAE login and password, however now it is 6 months they are not responding also their employee said DAE contract is over and since then she never pick our phone or reply to our messages.. Thanks Alisa azavedo for your support and honesty
I just want to tell them that Karma can hit really bad.. We might get cheated with money but becareful u guys might loose 1000 times more precious things then money

I had taken membership of 'Nirmiti Resorts and Clubs' on date 04.05.2018 at Mahabaleshwar when we were on vacation and mate with your team member Ms. Sayali, however till date we have not taken any holidy plan or any benefit. We had paid membership amount (approx Rs. 50000) and currently it is blocked at your end.
Now we are not interested to continue our membership hence I am requesting to pay back my invested amount.
Many of the times I had called on Customer care no. but unable to reach.
