Nitish — Postpain to Prepaid conversion. [protected]

Airtel people treated me very badly in Kodambakkam office, chennai. i am moving to Delhi and thats the reason i wanted it to convert. They asked me to come on monday as i went on thursday 2nd April 2015 by saying today is company holiday but it was no holiday. Finally i paid Rs. 407 and they told me with in 24 hours it will get converted. i waited till friday and spoke to numerous people in Airtel.they gave me same answer and told me to wait for 48 hours. Again i spoke to another agent in airtel named Sarvanan and floor supervisor again they told me you need to wait for 24 hours and gave reference number 61156408 on sunday i spoke to another lady and she also gave another reference number [protected]. on monday i spoke sakhti he gave same answer and told by monday evening it will get converted. No resolution as of now. Please look into this. Thanks, Nitish
