I took my 1st health insurance policy on 25th July 2018 with Star Health insurance, later it was ported to Max Bupa in 2019. For the last 5 years, I have been paying the premium and not even a single claim has been made yet. Also, I have renewed my health insurance policy for FY[protected]. My Son was born on 17/02/2016, he was born at Kinder Hospital - Cherthala, Alleppey, and he is a Normal Baby after two years of Son’s birth, I enrolled in health policy in the year 2018 for all my family members, and it is the 6th year I presented 1st claim for myself and my son, they have rejected both the claims stating pre-existing disease (Claim ID 962855 & 953043) and they have cancelled my policy without even talking to a customer for any clarification or justification, stating that my Son is having the pre-existing disease. I am 39 years old and it was my 1st hospitalization in my life, I presented the claim and you have rejected the same stating pre-existing disease. Was this information helpful? |
