I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an extremely disappointing experience during a scheduled health check-up on 14th July 2025, between 10:14 AM to 11:14 AM, at Cardio Plus Labs, located near Adobe Office, Block B, Sector 22, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301.
We had travelled from Greater Noida (approx. 50 KM away) to reach the diagnostic center on time. However, upon arrival, there was no staff member present at the reception or available to attend to us.
