Nivea — nivea firming q10 plus

I started using nivea firming q10plus 2 months ago and a month after using it i started noticing dry patches on my skin around the areas i applied the nivea cream. Those dry patches have become worse and are now red and hurts when i touch it. I immediately stopped using the cream when i initially noticed the dry patches. I dont have sensitive skin, and i've never experienced a reaction like this before.

When I opened this Nivea product, I expected it to be full but it was a 1/4 empty. I was unhappy with this product and want Nivea to send me some complimentary products, to show if they are really sorry. Otherwise I may take my business elsewhere.
