सर् मैंने विशाल मेघा मार्ट खंडवा से निविया का body milk shea smooth क्रीम दीवाली ऑफर बॉक्स में से खरीदी जहाँ करीब आधा दर्जन प्रोडक्ट रखे हुए थे। लेकिन बिलिंग में मुझे 50% ऑफर का लाभ नही दिया गया। जब मैंने कारण जान ना चाहा तो बोले इस प्रोडक्ट पर ऑफर नही है जबकि मैंने प्रोडक्ट ऑफर बॉक्स में से लिया था। स्टाफ का कहना था कि किसी कस्ट्मर ने ये प्रोडक्ट यहां रख दिया होगा जबकि वहाँ एक दर्जन के करीब प्रोडक्ट रखे हुए थे।जिसका मेरे पास फोटो भी है जिसे मैं अपलोड कर रहा हूँ बाद में स्टोर मैनेजर ने मेरे साथ मिस व्यवहार करते हुए मेरी ही गलती बताई जबकि वो मेरी बात सुनने को ही तैयार नही था। मैंने प्रोडक्ट को एक्सचेंज करने का निवेदन किया जिसे बहुत ही गलत ढंग से नकार दिया गया
मैं विशाल का वर्षो से कस्ट्मर रहा हूँ लेकिन यह घटना मेरे लिए बहुत ही गलत थी कम से कम प्रोडक्ट एक्सचेंज तो करना था

This high cost product does nothing as said, it's suppose to be a underarm deodrant, but it forms like a paste and is of no use. It gets sticked with all the cloths.

Followed all directions, lathered and reapplied less than every 2 hours & still 2 family members were severely burnt all over. I sincerely believe they would have been better off wearing no sunscreen at all & might have been less burnt. This sunscreen looks like it enhance the sunburn process.

But After using I realised that there is no spray (liquid) at all in it.There is only "gas". And out of it there is white like powder is coming, which may be be harmful. White powder like substance is coming out from the nozzle and its leaving white marks on body ... Kindly compensate me or else i will file official complaint and summon the manager to sue you in court

I purchased a ball of nivia company from 321-21 corps grid sig regt csd canteen(army) bairagarh bhopal but as I came home and filled air in it I noticed it was defective.. The place was far away from my home so I couldn't reach there immediately.. After some time I went there to return it the shopkeeper denied to take it back

My family only uses the Nivea Body Cream Cocoa Butter(400ml)with deep moisture serum.
Its the 2nd month now that I have noticed that the tubs are half filled.I am paying around R42.00 per tub.I usually buy around 8 per month because the are we live in is very dry.We use this product a lot.

I found a metal chip pasted inside cap of the cream box and instantly i dismantled it .
I don't know fir what purpose it was but it was not good if they have done it by purpose (as it was without consent). I have photo of dismantled chip but little bit is left to show .

I use Nivea Roll on whitening cream and pearl. I used it and it has harmed my armpit, I see a dark black line patch in both the armpit. I am a working women who trusted the brand completely and didn't switch even after receiving feedback from other. but against my trust I received this. I want to raise complaint against it.

I received the nivea deodorant which i ordered from flipkart and when i sprayed, it had thick while foam kind of a thing. I sprayed on my hand and my hand got fully burnt. I have pictures and video of the same. My colleague also tried and same result of burn. I complained to flipkart but they did nothing. They dint even collect the product but processed the refund. I had to spend time and money on treatment of my hand. It is also frustrating that such cheap products are being sold. The incident happened on 12th jul. Flipkart incident number: in[protected].
Iam looking for an answer why this happened? Did flipkart sell a duplicate product? Also, pls provide compensation for the frustration caused, waste of my half day at office and health hazard and expenses.

I started using nivea firming q10plus 2 months ago and a month after using it i started noticing dry patches on my skin around the areas i applied the nivea cream. Those dry patches have become worse and are now red and hurts when i touch it. I immediately stopped using the cream when i initially noticed the dry patches. I dont have sensitive skin, and i've never experienced a reaction like this before.

I bought 2 gift sets for christmas. On the box it said they contained a rich moisture shower cream, a shower puff and a nivea sort moisturising cream. The moisture cream was supposed to be a tub 200ml. Instead there was a tube of 75ml. Am so not happy as you buy what is shown but not in this case. I would like something done please or i will be taking this further

I had purchased nivea dark spot face wash from amazon order number is[protected] but the product quality is not good as it was defected. The product is not expired but there is quality issue. Some liquid comes out from this product. I am regular user of nivea men face wash spot dark reduction but i never found such quality of product. What should i do? Could you replace this product?

I bought nivea underarm on the 3rd of february 2019... My arm pits are inflamed and it look so ungly after using it. Im very upset and im still in so much discomfort right now. The fact is that its not even expired underarm. I dont know how to fix the # that this nivea underarm did to me. So im going to take this to the next level. Im disappointed and very upset.

I was bought Nivea soft light moisturiser cream from amazone. But according to it was a duplicate product, i Am using Nivea Cream from last three years and i have never facing this kind of issue, but this time its small quit different, it so sticky, like a gum, and the density of this poduct is so cheap at this time

If Neva has make some change like i felt so i think i must quit from his product in future.

I have purchased "nivea men - fresh protect" body deodorizer (120 ml) spray can. However, the spray nozzle of the same broke down while pressing the same for applying on the body after 2-3 usages. Now, the press button is removed from the nozzle or the spray tube and the spray tube has sunk into the deo liquid. The product batch no. Is b81311911mc mfd. On 03/2018. It seems there is some problem in the mechanism such that the applying of the pressure on the button causes the nozzle to go down into the can itself. I have attached herewith the photos taken of the product so as to make you understand the problem better. Kindly look into it and reply at the earliest.

I bought your product Nivea Pearl and Beauty deodorant. When I tested it by applying on my hand's skin. It start burning and it's very painful. I have checked the expiry date and everything is alright.
But it's very bad product how can anyone use it if it is like fire. I applied little bit on my skin and some Powder mixed deo was coming from inside. And when I sprayed it on my hand and leg it's burning. See the picture of my hand.

I had purchase nivea men 'cool kick' deodorant from local vendor in uttam nagar new delhi two week ago. But now when i spray it some white substance comes out which make my cloths damage and some spot. I m regular user of nivea products. Please check it and give me solution for this other wise ill take proper legal action against this product and organisation.

I'm using a nivea spray, even i never use it often suddenly discharged by itself. So how your company did this product?, you cheating your buyers!!! This is not the first time happened, it's a second time already!!! So how's our money to get back that only wasted of buying of your stupid product?!!! Dear sir... I bought this nivea dark spot reduction facewash. After the first 2 uses... More pimples have occured on my face than before... Hence more dark spot..
It also does not do any whitening.
It did the reverse.. Now my face looks more darker with spot.
What will i do with this now
Waste of my 100 rupees, you must take the responsibility for that bcoz i have used other creams earlier.. But first time this happened

I am very disappointed to tell you that the basketball ie. Nivea engraver which i purchased a month ago from 'diamond sports ' bareilly uttar pradesh has developed air release malfunction. The basketball is now of no use and whenever i fill air in it it goes out. There is no accountability of your product i believe. If there is then please provide me a new basketball as your product was not upto the mark. I used the basketball on a very fine fabric surface. From the starting itself it had some problem but the dealer told me that it is just on outer look but it troubled me throughout by the time i played with it. Your other users of engraver are using the ball for a quite long time but my ball became useless in just a month. Therefore with due respect i request you to provide me a new basketball as early as possible. I am mentioning my contact number and address below.

I purchased nivea cool kick deodorant some time back and it is not giving a deo spray, rather giving a white semi-liquid that burns the skin a lot. The complete deo is a waste and seems pretty harmful to the body. I could not spray it on the body so i tried spraying it over the shirt and i destroyed my new shirt with white marks all over it. I want the issue to be addressed quickly and provide me with the compensation for the same.

I did complaint in end of march month for issue with nivea cool kick deodorant,
But not yet any action taken from nivea service,

I am using NIVEA BODY SPRAY it was expired but the exp date on that product is having till 2019 they are solding there products without testing i got skin disease by using this product take the action on that product and also while spraying my eyes also burning so please band that products as soon as possible it is Dangrious to health i want my money back while useing nivea product frist check if and use it watch my video what was happened they make people fools and they are blaming people by advertisement with celebrities people don't belive nivea products mainly BODYSPRAYS .
