Nivea — Payment debited but order not placed

I recently placed order on Nivea website but didn’t get any order conformation notification or sms Or email.
My money is deducted but it is showing that you haven’t placed any order. I have been trying to connect with your representative but it never get pass through the computer saying representatives are busy, I have waited for 1 hour long and have tried the same multiple times now but there’s still no response I have dropped multiple emails yet no answer.
