Two complaints : i was on a pay for 5 and get 6th ride free package. My 6th ride was on 12th aug gurgaon to new delhi station for which i was charged and that too an overcharged amount of rs 1019/- which i have never paid for the longest rides i've taken before. On both counts this is incorrect and i expect a full refund.
2) i ordered for an uber ride today 29 aug mg road to chankyapuri. The app showed a cab one minute away and i ordered it as i had to reach soon. I waited for well over 5 minutes and then cab showed 6 minutes away. I had to cancel as i was goibg to miss my meeting and when i called to cancel him he had still not reached so this is more than 15 minutes delay. I expect a refund on the cancellation charge of rs 45 as i had to cancel because of the delay on your part and i should not be penalised for it. Was this information helpful? |
