Sir,
It is to inform that, i have tried to book air ticket from your site, on 17/02/18 vide pnr no. Vdq97j but the ticket could not be booked. However, payment made by me in this respect deducted thrice (03 times) through sbi debit card for rs. 9834/- each time. Later, one transaction amounting to rs. 9834/- has been reversed but the two transaction amount total rs. 19668/- (9834 each) was not refund till date. It is therefore requested that the excess transaction amount rs. 19668 /- may please be refund immediately.
