Nizamabad Passport Service Center — Customer feedback

I had occasion to travel with Airasia twice recently and decided not to try them again. Being a member of Indian foreign service for thirty six years and major share of my service was abroad I traveled extensively using services of Indian carriers as well as foreign but I have not seen such a funny airline. While traveling from Srinagar Delhi kochi they made us wait at the checking counter for forty five minutes. Girls sitting at the counters r good for nothing type and most ground staff and incompetent. About cabin crew no comments to make as they only supply a very small repeat very small botttle of water then sit back. I am also going to endorse a copy of this message to respected Rattan Tata sir.
