This is to bring to your kind attention that i had made online Payment on 9th may 2016 for my water bill Rs 309...consumer #[protected] through your online payment gateway at your website. I had made the payment through Bank of India Debit card. The amount is deducted from account, but did not reflect at the ledger on your site. We do not walk, the talk- its a shame !!! One goes personally to pay the water bill and stand s for hours and the situation is the same. " The Computers are running slow or its hung up, please come tomorrow" is the answer one gets. Come home to pay the same through online and the reply is the site cannot be reached. This is just the beginning of the New Year 2019 -

NMMC water bill & property tax online payment portal has not been functioning for years, several complaints have met with a deafening silence. We consumers should exercise the option of giving a negative vote when NMMC request votes for Smart city & swatch Bharat. A Municipal corporation which can't even run their own payment portal & keep on charging delayed payment charges penalising consumers for their own fault doesn't deserve to be a smart city. Please sent mobile nos to[protected] so that we can form a group & vote during the next survey for smart city & swach Bharat
