NMMC — Renovation waste material

Hello sir/madam I'm resident of shri krishna kunj society, plot no 80, 81, 82, sec23, juinagar, navi mumbai 400706.I renovated my flat so I want to dump the waste material it's nearly a ten to fifteen bags so many days has been pass. I asked for help from nmmc worker but they asking for my two days salary even if could be negotiable I can give money, please help me out from this situation or let me know we're to dump.

One tree which is not functioning and affected with trimotor it can fall any time and damage several things.just like garden fences, children are playing in the ground, public moving on roads
