NMMC — Water bill payment need to check

I made a water bill payment on your online payment gateway portal https://www.nmmc.gov.in/water-bill of consumer no

By today 12th January 2022 : 10.17 Pm

It showed transactions successfull and amount debited from my account but it is not reflecting in ledger. please confirm same is succeeded or not. If not how will get amount refunded.
