We are residing in air india colony, sec 27 nerul navi mumbai. we are facing water shortage problem since last 1 month. the society is saying that the overhead tank is not getting filled by water supplied by NMMC and hence we get water at 7.30 pm and that remains till 11 pm due to which the whole day we are facing water shortage problem. kindly supply more water to our society

Pls clear the food stall and sandwich stall who are occupying the footpath and unable to walk during morning peak hours. Also hotels are keep their storage gunny bags on footpath and making place dirty.
Pls take action action the shopkeeper who are permitting the hawker to put stall infornt of shop and taking amount for stall providing.
NMMC not clearing the footpath. even residence public are fed up of tell hawker by Owner & shopkeep are supporting.

Hello Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that there has been a double payment made from 2 different accounts to the account KK[protected] for Property tax.
I made the first payment from one account, but the message on the Navi Mumbai property tax site should be unsuccessful, then I made the same payment again from another account and the payment went through.
Payment has been deducted from both accounts, I have attached the screenshot for your reference, kindly reverse the payment as soon as possible.

I tried calling customer care no, but there has been no response, the call gets transferred and it keeps ringing up without any response.

Want the authorized department to look into the matter of extended construction of plot house at artist village 8/45 which is causing inconvenience to the near by house no 8/42 '8/43 and 8/46 .pls urgently look into the matter .

Please fix the problem of stray dogs in Sector 36, Seawoods. The dogs barks in night till 5 am extremely, no one could sleep in society. Please act before the dogs manage to hurt somebody.

Kindly take immediate action.

The water meter is faulty.Please let me know the meter is the property of NMMC.Will the water meter be replaced by NMMC FREE OF CHARGE.
NMMC is monitoring and charging the consumer for the consumption.Hence the meter should be in working condition at all the times

Shop No. 2 at Citi Square CHS, Plot 95, Sector 7, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai is placing his furnitures outside the shop on the Footpath. During Diwali cleaning by Flat Owner of A-101, some water pouring from AC and flower pots water to the Ground floor shopping.

To this the Shop Owner started shouting and abusing with abusive words. He went on to state in open that NMMC is in his pocket.

I as Chairman of the society is raising the issue that the shop owner are not allowed to display goods outside their shop area and should be warranted by NMMC by taking strict action.

Shop No. 14 in Citi Square CHS, Plot 95, Sector 7, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai is running a restaurant and has taken a illegal connection from the water supply pipeline without permission from Society. Members have requested him to take a direct connection from NMMC as the consumption is heavy. Further Members have objected to the same and was resolved in the AGM.

Notice was issued to the Shop Owner which was refused to be accepted.

NMMC should act against such illegal treat from Members to the Society Office bearers.

Hiii, I paid my water bill on 14 October 2022 and amount ₹ 486/- got debited from my account. However, webpage displayed the error and it does not reflect on website that bill payment is done, Please help resolving this issue.

मी वाशी येथून विश्वाज्योत हॉटेल येथून 50 न. बस(बस न. MH 43/H-5471) ने कोपरखैरणे येथे परतत होतो (1.10ते 1.20 च्य दरम्यान) मी माझ्या अजाणतेपणी तिकीट घ्यायचे विसरलो पण तिकिटाचे पैसे हातात धरून बसलो होतो वाशी डेपो ते कोहिनूर टी व्ही शोरूम च्या दरम्यान मी स्वतःहून कोपरखैरणे चे तिकीट मागून घेतले त्यावेळी मला बस वाहककडून असभ्या वागणूक भेटली अरेरावीगिरीची भाषशैली वापरली गेली. माझी काय चुक मी तिकीट मागून घेतले प्रामाणिकपणा दाखवलं.
आपल्या परिमंडळाकडून अशा वागणुकीची अपेखा नव्हती.

तरी सदर बस वाचकाची दाखल घेण्यात यावी एवढीच अपेक्षा.
आशा घटनेमुळे आपल्या परिमंडळाची बदनामी हिते ह्याचे मला वाईट वाटते.
आजच्या तारखेला आपल्या कॉर्पोशन चे गुणगौराव गायले जातात पंस समाजात अशाही काही घटनांमुळे आपल्या कॉर्पोरेशनचे नाव धुळीत जातेयाची देखील दाखल घेतली जाईल असे मी अपेक्षा करतो.

Our society Sai Prem CHS, Plot 270, Sec 6 Nerul - W is being suffered badly because of the nuisance created by stray cats. There kittens are being attacked by other animals leading to their death.The kittens also litter the entire staircases of the apartments and create a very unhealthy environment to live. Senior citizens in our building are facing health issues due to this. We have already submitted a written grievance to NMMC nerul ward but no help provided by them.

please help to resolve this as we a total of 70 family members in entire building are being suffered by this.

गव्हर्मेंट हॉस्पिटल वाशी येथे मनमानी कारभार चालू आहे... केस पेपर काउंटर वेळेत उघडे नाही त्याच्यामुळे प्रचंड गर्दी होत आहे.. काल सुद्धा केस पेपर एवढ्या तक्तीने काढून डॉक्टर कडे गेल्यावर डॉक्टरने त्याची वेळ संपल्याचे सांगून दोन माणसांना परत पाठवले... आठ वाजून 55 मिनिटे झाली असून सुद्धा अजून केस पेपर काउंटर उघडं नाही..

In our building only one dust bite so we are not able to segregated wast as per new rule by NMMC, requesting youto plz provide one dustbin to us.

Right now in our society premises all of wast laying due to this our small kids not able to go to school.

Requesting you to plz ask your person to pickup the wasted asap.

Dumping of debris and plastic, vegetables and garden waste at sardar Vallabhbhai Patel udyan, sector 11, Nerul East, Navi Mumbai. At the entrance of the garden these dumpings are done with no regular and periodic removal leading to very offensive smell and very unhygienic and unhealthy conditions for citizens of Navi Mumbai. We all are very much frustrated with COVID pandemic and now there are so many cases of dengue fever and malaria fever are reported in Navi Mumbai area. These unhygienic gardens have become the sites of spread of diseases. Daily large number of children, women and senior citizens are coming to the same garden for exercise and walk. Also surrounding area of the garden is extremely populated with residents and temples.
Actually it is found that lots of illegal activities are going on at this garden like dumping of garbage, illegal parking, Hawking and illegal stalls inside the garden, smoking and drinking alcohol which may lead to anti social activities of serious concerns.

Please remove sock strat dogs in the patni road sec 19 airoli, rising no of dogs which may cause rabies and injire someone

I have already paid property tax through Gpay but receipt is not generated yet and the amount is deducted from my account since 48 hrs. Please see the issue and resolve it ASAP. My property number is H[protected] & flat no. C-704. Waiting for your response

Instead of collecting the garbage they spill it out and leave the dustbin at the gate entrance. This has been notified to the local supervisor however no changes or no actions have been taken.
