NMMT Bus — Cancellation of 123 A/C. Bus

I am a regular traveller both UP and DOWN from Mulund / CBD and vice versa and holding a monthly pass. Yesterday i. e. 12th April I waited for the bus route 123 at CBD for nearly two hours from 5.30 PM and was given to understand that all A/C Bus route 123 are cancelled due to lack of staff availability which I find is ridiculous ?? Commuters like me are paying the exorbitant price of monthly or quaterly pass from the nose as compare to other normal buses and this is service we get ?? Should there be any reason for cancellation for such A/C buses, would request the concerned authority not to affect the A/C 123 route because this is the only bus which has non stop service from Khargar and only solace to residents from Bhandup Pumping enroute Mulund - Goregaon Link Road and L B S Marg Bhandup till Gandhi Nagar Kanjur Marg and they are the regular patrons of this route. Please appreciate that this was the original / regular route right from the inception of A/C 123 and the resident of this stretch are the original patrons of this service and such cancellation of A/C. Bus service of 123 bring lots of harassment to the regular commuters specially from Khargar / Vashi belt and Ganghi Nagar, LBS Bhandup - Mulund Belt who are solely relying on this service for regular commuting.
