bus cancels daily

Dear sir,
I am daily traveling from belapur railway station bus stop to roadpali by kalyan bus.
Bt due to some irresponsible goverment employees bus didnt came on time from a week.
When anybody asks for reason they told us that bus is unavailable but at the same time there are to many buses standing vacant on the stop.
Please save us from such govermemt employees.
I hope some body will read this and take...

62 ac & 62 nmmt buses from kalyan regularly not stopping at l & t infotech stop at night. Around 8-10pm. On 1st june 17, at 9:05 pm, the driver ignored passengers waving him to stop and sped past on the lane farther away from the stop. This was closely followed by a 62 non ac bus (Mh-43 h5203) which had to be stopped by going to the middle of the road risking accident.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Today at about 9.20 am while taking a turn towards fountain circle your bus number MH -43-H-5478 took a sharp turn at a high speed damaging my car number New Hyundai i 20 MH -04- HM- 6980 as shown in the attached picture. They have accepted their mistakes however being a Navy Officer I have to go as per the legal procedure. The estimate budget towards the repair cost is approx. 12500/- . Self has attached image of my damaged car.

    Providing the batch number of the Driver 11241 along with his mobile number is [protected] for further investigation.

    Kindly advice how should i recover it from the Driver/NMMT.

    Bus number 55 Ghansoli depo to taloja and taloja to Ghansoli depo bus not come up on time. Today 11:30 am to 12:30 pm bus not come at ranjadevi men stop. Every day we wait thus bus to reach the destination is 1 and half hours.

    Si please requesting to you please regularies the bus and do the proper management.

      When I was travelling through this bus ticket is of11 rs and I given 20 rs to him that time I don't have change of 1 rs at me he said I will give you and after coming at my stop he said change for u is not available so after that I told him we are regular traveller we r giving change to all he is rude with me and saying tumhara har baar ka natak hain... So why we will travelling through this bus.? I[censored]r people's are rude when I started taking video then he gave me a change and very rude with me...Conductor name is jagdish gaikwad batch no 73947 kindly take action against him and let me know if not then will complaint in consumer forum ...

        I boarded NMMT bus no MH43 H5198 today 5/4/2017 @ 7:30pm for Kalyan...The bus was packed full with male passengers and there was no space to board the bus from back door...so being a female, I boarded the bus from first door..The bus driver started shouting and abusing me...I apologised and tried to explain him the reason for boarding from the first door still he kept on shouting at me and abusing me...and he was drunk...This kind of behaviour from a public transport driver is not acceptable...I will be lodging a police complaint as well..However would request you to take a necessary action from your end

          Rude Attitude of Driver.
          I have experienced a very rude and inappropriate behavior of a Bus Driver in Bus no. 30 at Uran Pensioners Park morning 9:56 AM, Bus while travelling from Uran to Belapur.
          The Bus Driver, never stops the Bus, in-spite of Passengers, waving their hand for the same. this has happened Thrice and that's the reason I, Lodged a complaint for the same. Its the...

          I am a regular traveller of the Bus no 53. Every day evening we are facing problem with the bus service.
          The buses are available in the depot but still supervisor, conductors and drivers are chitchating sitting at one corner of bus-stop.
          When we all pacengers request them to start the bus, we get to know that bus is for route no 45.when no one is waiting for bus no 45.

          2 days befor i was waiting for 10 pm to 10.45 .people shouthed then bus started.

          Very unprofessional approch of the NMMT staff can be seen at the Kharghar bus Depot. We request you to please increse
          the frequency at least in peak hrs. wherein all people are
          coming from office & going to office. We always surprise to see when 4-5 train public gather at the bus-stop then they send 1
          bus, but 54 number
          bus is connected to every train comming in.
          Totally agree about the behaviour of NMMT staff at Kharghar bus depot. Bus no 54 has some dedicated bus services for Kharghar valley shilp society. But the staff never run these services as per schedule...most of rhr times even cancellations happen leading passengers to wait for hours on Kharghar bus depot (railway station)
          Bus 53 that reached Sanjeevani school at 8.49 pm today, the bus driver misbehaved when asked to hault at the school stop he didn't stop and spoke rudely to the passenger. Can such a driver behavior be tolerated.

            Respected sir/ madam

            Befor 1 month the new bus started from belapur stn to hykal which is passed on from rodpali stop, navda gao to taloja but now we gt information that bus root will be changed from 09-may-2016

            From navada there are no any source to come to belapur no any buses directly in that root most of the public facing problem

            So please dont change the root

              Hi,
              On dated 27/04/2016, bus no 30 not stopped at mseb bokdvira stop, even i ran and tried to catch the bus but bus was too fast so i left the bus. Fortunately, at same time my friend was going towards to jnpt his bike, he given help me to catch the same bus at funde college stop. When i was entered in bus and ask the question to driver that why you are not stopped the bus then he replied that you are not standing on stop, and i will never stop for that? If you want do complaint against me anywhere you want.
              Then i assured him that i will definitely complaint again you, and i noted the bus no, bill no of conductor,
              Time of bus : 10.15 am at bokadvira, bus going towards kalamboli.
              Conductor billa no : 35577
              Bus no : mh-43-h-5036.
              If any compliant authority will read this my worst experience, then please inform your staff that, they are working for consumers.And take corrective action on that so as it will not repeatedly happen again.

                Ii) BEST bus stop at Agarwadi(on highway), recently (may be 4-5 months back), a service road from Agarwadi towards flyover is functioning. Unfortunately it is in wrong direction, Highway going towards Navi Mumbai and this service road is exactly in other direction. Problem is when we see the bus coming/stopping at stop, it is highly risky for passenger trying to board the bus, is not aware of the vehicle coming on service road from Agarwadi (because it is coming from wrong direction). About a week back, I almost met with the accident, fortunately, co passenger, prevented me /stopped me . This suggestion is accepted by BEST authorities and my suggestion is you can shift that Bus Stop after the signal which is meant for pedestrians to cross the highway. I hope the urgency and necessity of this shifting of stop(same place where BEST stop is located/erected).
                ii) The Juinagar railway Bus stop is on highway, NMMC has put divider barricade to preventing people crossing highway (which is very risk, especially at night time), and to reach the station there is a bridge which is very far from the stop and night time it is isolated. My request is to shift the stop as near as possible towards the bridge.
                I hope you will consider these two suggestions understandingly and do the needful and oblige as you have done in the case of route no.502Ltd.

                  It has become a daily routine for the passengers of route no 56 I.e kalamboli to mansarovar rly stn that the public needs to face the misbehaviour of the conductors and drivers. The bus coductors dont even look wheyher the person is an senior citizen or women, they always speak in a harsh tone n are always ready to make an issue out of smallest matters and just find a reason to stop the buses in between road not looking whether passengers are getting late or not. The drivers and the conductors together harass the passenger and dont even gove the priority to their job to reach the dedicated stop at correct time due to which buses are never on time and passengers have to wait at mansarovar rly stn for hours.please look after the issue asap.

                    Nmnt bus 121 reports at 8:40am in morning at stop post Chembur Naka, however on 1st March it did not stop. I showed hand to driver but it did not have courtesy to stop.

                      Dear NMMT, I have been commuting in AC Bus 125 and 123 for last 2 years, between Borivali to Millennium Business Park Navi Mumbai. For last 2-3 months I have been facing lot of problems, each day the services are deteriorating. I have been calling different NMMT personnels for help but none of them seem to be interested, below is list of that personnels: For Complaint[protected] Shinde – [protected] Umakant (DM) – [protected] Tushar (Engineer) – [protected] Some of the common problems are: 1) AC doesn’t work in most of buses like 5291, 5294, 5133, 5134. I stopped noting their bus numbers now 2) Overheating and breakdown 3) Buses come late as they do not follow route timing 4) Conductors are very rude, their badge number is – 113910, 73695 5) Contact number of concern department and concern person are missing in every bus. 6) Even after googling and calling NMMT personnels for complains, they are never bothered 7) Even when the AC’s are not working they take full fare 8) Untrained and rude personnels on call, they do not know how to talk to customers. If this persists for long time, then I am sure very soon your AC buses will run empty like BEST AC buses.                       Today the bus did not stop at Airoli sector 8 stop. Such a waste of time for commuters. The bus did not halt today at 10am exact. Please trace our the vehicle for penalizing the driver. It was 125 Ac bus borivali.
                      The bus 125 AC doesn't stop at Bandongri kandivali East anymore, I've waster my time waiting for it twice, if the bus is discontinued officials should remove it from official websites and if it's not then it should definitely be discontinued for bad frequency, irregular timings and changing of routes.

                              My name is Arunkumar, I stay in Dahisar. I would really like to compliment the service of NMMT the new buses are really good and than the BEST Buses. I frequently commute from Borivili to Thane and from Thane to Borivili by Bus. Most of the NMMT Buses follow the route and stoppages of BEST except for some routes. BEST buses from Thane east stops as Gokulanand stop whereas NMMT Buses does not stop. If this Gokulanand stop is included in both ways then I bellieve more commuters will start travelling by NMMT. When we all pacengers request them to start the bus, we get to know that bus is not working which is almost every day story they give us. So pacengers do not have any choice then to wait. Finally when the 53 number bus come in the depot, they change the board to 54 & send the bus for the 54 route even thoe their is hardly any pacengers are waiting because 54 is ZERO frequency bus as per their information. When 5-6 buses goes from 54 bus stop, one bus go from 53 no. When all the people waiting at bus stop start requesting the bus conductors and supervisors they tell us to go by Autorikshow. A lady replied to them if every one will start going by Auto NMMT will go in loss, very roudly that conductor was fighting with the lady & made the statement " Do you talk to your husband also like this?? " On his this statement all the parrangers started shouting at the conductor that how you can speak to any pacengers ike this. On this he was shouting on every one & asking to go & make complaint to senioers... In the bus depot itself 53 number bus is completely packed with the pacengers who all are waiting from 25-30min. hence no one from the next stop can get in to the bus who want to go on 53 number bus route. Before 3 days the old lady was trying to get into the bus conductor started the bus as no space was available & lhat lady was runing behind the bus to catch it... is this a way we all should treat the oldage people. This is happend because very few buses run in the evening time compair to the number of travellers on that route.. Very unprofessional approch of the NMMT staff can be seen at the Kharghar bus Depot. We request you to please increse the frequency at least in peak hrs. i.e. 6.30pm to 9pm in the evening & 6.30am to 10.30am in morning. wherein all people are coming from office & going to office. We always surprise to see when 4-5 train public gather at the bus-stop then they send 1 bus, but 54 number bus is connected to every train comming in.

We reside near METRO FRESH Super market and we have to walk from Metro Fresh to Vastu Vihar with family members and sometimes some luggage in our hands to catch the Bus No. 53 for Kharghar Railway Station. Considering the Dense population near Metro Fresh, We request you to please Create a New Bus Stop in front of Metro Fresh Super Market for Bus No. 53.

                                      We are daily facing a problem because of NMMT buses. I was standing near about 45 - 50 minutes for a NMMT bus.NMMT Buses are not on time everyday. Frequency of NMMT Bus No. 1, 4, 16, 27 & 70 is very very poor. In the morning between 8.45 a.m. to 9.45 a.m. these buses are not available from thane. Everyday we are facing In the evening also we are not getting bus on time. Daily there is the same problem. Between 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. also buses are not available from Rabale.

                                        I am d passenger of Nmmt for near about 3 years. I am working at Khairne MIDC. There was 6 buses on this route but I was standing near about 35 - 40 minutes for a NMMT bus. & now I have read that 4 buses from dis route have being cancelling from 1st of October. So only 2 buses are der and the frequency is also very less. So please look into dis matter & instead of cancelling pls increase the frequency of d bus so that the people will not go by St or by rickshaws.

                                          NMMT's 123 has been a boon for the people traveling from Borivali to Vashi and vice-verse. However, recently the services timings of the bus has been degrading. Today[protected], we were left stranded at Borivali station for more than 45 mins. Even though there was a bus standing at the bus stop, the driver and the conductor wont budge. They informed us about cancellation of the previous bus and give no heed to our(all the people standing in the queue) request for starting the journey even though the half-an-hour gap had exceeded. The driver and the conductor took their own sweet time to finish off their lunch and simply re-directed the responsibility to the administration. I wish to address the administration looking after 123 bus service and request that although you have gained a competitive advantage over BEST's AS 524, please DO NOT think that there is no more competition/ you can take passengers for granted. You might want to study the case of BEST's AS 551, which had to be closed down since there were no passengers for it. If such will be the service of 123, I am sure people will rebel. I hope the NMMT's administration doesn't want the same end for their 123 bus service.

                                              I travel by the NMMT bus number 111 from Chembur (Maitri Park) to Dadar (Shivaji Park) and return as well. This particular conductor (No. 197056, Shree Jalandhar) always argues with me to pay him Rs.5/- extra for my ticket. Although my ticket fare if Rs.20/-, he demands for Rs.25/-. When change of Rs.20/- is available in my purse, I refuse to pay him more than Rs.20/-, but today (May 8, 2012) he refused to give me the correct change back when I paid him Rs.50/-. He claimed the ticket fare to be Rs.25/- from Shivaji Park to Maitri Park although I explained to him that I travel daily and I am aware the fare is Rs.20/-. He is the conductor in the bus that reaches the Shivaji Park bus stop at approximately 6.30pm. I have had bad experiences with NMMT only because of him as he cheats and is also extremely rude.

                                              Request you to please look into the matter and take the necessary action against NMMT conductor No. 197056.

                                                Bus driver of bus NMMT number 123 start form borivali at 7.55. the driver is very lazy to start ac of bus. conductor arrive at bus on around 7.30 and bus full pack by passengers but still ac not on and its suffocation by passenger.

                                                9.7.14 i was standing mulund east tata colony bus stop in 12.00 o'clock.a nmmt bus was passing by i showed my hand but the bus did'nt stop.

                                                  Yesterday (10-Apr-2012) I was traveling from MBP to Vashi in NMMT Bus No. 100 towards Vashi. During the travel what I saw was the dispute between Bus Conductor & Passenger since I was sitting two to three seats behind that passenger so could not actually understand what the arguamant was all about but they way the conductor was behaving was very rude to passenger. After initial quarrel the bus conductor started harassing & beating the passenger very angrily & also kick the passenger out of the bus.
                                                  I think NMMT has started taking the goons & road mawali in to the public sector like transportation. Action must be taken against such people & they should be immediately sacked for misbehaving with the passenger.

                                                  I daily Travel from Vashi Bus no.22 it start from sector 6, but from month of March the bus is not coming in time, after 7 pm there is no bus are there we have to wait for 8.30 pm for bus.

                                                  Please look out this matter same problem for Bus No.19 also.
                                                  On Tuesday 22nd may 2012 at 04.20 pm in evening I catch bus from Blue Diamond hotel bus stop (Vashi), buss number is MH43H5263 and buss number is 100. I have asked for vashi bus depo ticket and conductor gave me vashi station ticket then I have asked conductor to give me buss depo ticket. So this is my mistake, for asking conductor to give me ticket where I need to go and conductor respond in very bad way and point a finger on me when I have stopped him to not show finger on me then he used bad words, I replied him back that you are a government servant so you can do anything or what you want then he said yes I will do anything and again he abused me. When I get down at vashi depo at that time again he point out finger to me by saying “jo karna hai kar mujhe kis ki parwa nahin, yeah naukri wokri mera liye kuch nahin hai”.

                                                  My request to you my lord (NMMT Authority) if government servants are behaving in this way then how we middle class people travel in buses and they don’t have respect for girls as well, conductor was abusing me in front of everyone and I told bus driver that please see how he is talking to me then driver told me jane doo. But my lord I just want to tell you why bus conductors are thinking that they are doing some favor on us by providing ticket to us.

                                                  I request you to take some action against the conductor. I don’t want that you can sac or terminate him from job but at least give him one warning so he will behave properly with passengers.

                                                  I am normal person I don’t have any approach to fight against that conductor but I request you to take some action because he hurts me and my self respect.

                                                  I am expecting some action from your side. Please help me dear NMMT authority.

                                                    I am a commuter of bus no.123. Yesterday (i.e. on 25th September 2010), I was waiting at Rabale police station bus stop from 5.45 p.m. & along with me there was a senior couple who was also waiting for Bus no. 123. Around 6.10 p.m., we saw the 123 bus coming. On road there was a slow moving traffic & we were expecting the bus to halt on its stop. However, Bus driver drove speedily on the third lane & he did not bother to halt the bus on stop. I move a head to find the bus; the bus is already reached under the bridge. I ran to catch this bus, but due to slow moving traffic the bus was moving ahead. I tried to catch this bus up to Aroli sector -5 Bus stop, but could not succeed. Luckily there was a taxi which was going toward mulund, I boarded the taxi & chased the bus & caught the same on Aroli Toll Naka. (Bus Registration No. MH-43-H-5117. Conductor Name: Mr. Sharad Deshmukha (Bach No.-C-642)
                                                    I boarded the bus at Aroli toll naka & found that it was not overcrowded and there were only 2 standees. I, therefore , asked the conductor :
                                                    Tumhi Police station bus stop var bus ka Thambwali nahi? (Why can’t you stop bus on Rabali Police station?)
                                                    Conductor: Mala mahit ahe thikade kuni naste (He reply rudely I know there is no passenger.)
                                                    Me thikde magil 25 minite ubha ahe ani maja barobar vrudha jodpe suda ubhe ahe tumhi bus davya bajuni chalu baghu shakat nahi ka?
                                                    (I am waiting for last 25 minutes along with me & there is one senior couple also waiting for the bus, why can’t you drive the bus from left side and see whether any passenger is there)
                                                    Conductor: Traffic ahe mahnun third lane ne chalwali ahe, timhi dusari bus pakda. (Due to traffic jam, I driving bus on third lane, you catch another bus.)
                                                    Thumhala mahit ahe na bus ardhya tasani ahe eka bus chukali tar puna ardhya tas wat baghavi lagte. (You know that there a time gap of nearly half an hour in between two buses, If we miss this bus we have to wait for another half an hour)
                                                    Conductor: Udhat pane utarla, tumhi jaun compliant kara. (He rudely replied, you go and compliant)
                                                    Respected Sir, I regret to inform you that your staff does not bother about the passenger, they know that there is only direct bus from Rabali to Borivali station (Direct BEST Bus is not available). I suppose it is the duty of the Conductor to make sure that if there is any passenger on every bus stop. But unfortunately, the conductor’s attitude itself shows that by stopping the bus on each stop he is doing big favour on the passengers without realizing that it is the passengers are the assets due to which his organization is working and he is earning his bread & butter. I could somehow board this bus by getting into a taxi & chasing the bus but what about the senior citizens who were waiting for the bus? Even they wanted to reach on time. Do you expect them to rush & run to just board into your bus or wait for another half an hour simply at all without any fault on their part?
                                                    Simply by replying that he knew that there is no passenger on the stop, please let him know that if he is so good at predicting without even trying to know the fact than instead of becoming a conductor he is more suitable of becoming an ASTROLOGER.
                                                    Here I have to also state that I had to shell extra from my pocket by catching a taxi to again catch up with your bus. You might think that this is irrelevant, but it was very important for me to reach on time as I had a very urgent meeting & I was waiting on the stop for the past half an hour.

                                                    This complaint is done to see it to it that no other passenger suffers in future and hoping for needful action. Please let me know what action you have taken against the said staff just to ensure whether you care for your passengers or not.

                                                    I travel daily from Goregaon (Aarey check naka) to Mulund, by bus nos. 461/459, between 9-10am. Frequently buses do not halt at the stop (aarey check naka) causing immense delay & heartache. today 5 buses went past without halting at aarey check naka. while i did not take down the nos of first 3 buses, the remaining 2 buses were ; L-9920 & LA 5025 (both bus nos. 461) between 9.45 & 10 am.

                                                    trust suitable action will be taken to ensure buses halt at the designated stops, irrespective of how full the buses are. it is the passengers prerogative (& not the bus driver) to decide whether they can get into a crowded bus or not.

                                                    Bus no:39 from Uran to Ghansoli is always irregular mosly the one which operates at 8.30am.THe buses as either in a bad condition or always delayed.
                                                    Due to this we are at a risk of loosing your jobs.Sometimes it takes more than 1.30 hrs to reach vashi.the frequency is after every 30mins but still we hv to wai for some times more than 1 hr.after compaining the drivers we get a back answer for the same as if they are doing some favour on us by bringing the bus.Today i.e. till 09pm bus no 39 did not arrive.pls find out asolution for the same or try to increase the frequency of the same or else we will definately lose our JOBS.

                                                    same is the case with Dombivli bus no.44. Please regularise the perfect timing of the buses on this routes.
                                                    The drivers of buses that run between vashi towards mulund/thane/koperhairne/mahape, do not bother to take the bus on left side at the bus stop.
                                                    The bus stops in the middle of the road and due to this there is traffic as the vehicles driving behind have to stop as well.
                                                    The problem like Mr. Atmaram Parulekar had is happening at many bus stops.
                                                    I work all over Navi Mumbai on field job. Everyday I see some or the other problems. The way of giving back answer of conductor or driver is becoming worst.
                                                    Many stops are getting skip which includes Uran Phata, Tata Press, Shiravane, Turbhe & Juinagar while going towards CBD.
                                                    It looks like many staff might be thinking that the service is taking good enough shape so no one is worried to pick up passengers at many bus stops.
                                                    I, myself is the victim of this problem and now days few drivers do make you hurry for getting down or come inside.
                                                    These problems are going to take big impact on the public and one day person like me is going to act on it.
                                                    I request public to write letters till they take major step on the staff who is misbehaving.
                                                    One day will come where the senior staffs have to promise us for better service.

                                                    This everything is for public service and the misuse of such things are increasing like anything…
                                                    Don’t just read; keep doing complaints to NMMC + NMMT Seniors.

                                                    Our one day will soon…. Sab ka Din aata hai !

                                                    and by the way, everyone above said is 100% right. may be 50% drivers keep their bus on 3rd lane and run away without halt.
