I would like to lodge a serious complaint against the driver of an NMMT bus operating on Route No. 115.
On 24.04.2026 at around 9.45 am, while traveling from Moraj Residency (boarding time 8.05 am) to world Trade centre ( 9.45 am), the driver behaved in a highly rude and unacceptable manner.
The bus was halted at a traffic signal at eastern freeway for approximately 15 minutes. During this time, passengers outside the bus were requesting the driver to open the door, but he did not open it, causing inconvenience and distress.
When passengers requested the driver to open the door while the bus was stopped due to traffic at maker tower mumbai at 9.45 am, he refused to cooperate.
Additionally, the driver spoke very rudely and told a lady passenger to “get out” and made an extremely insensitive and alarming statement saying, “if the passenger dies, I don’t care.”
Such behaviour is completely unprofessional, negligent, and inhumane. A public transport driver is responsible for the safety and well-being of passengers, and such conduct creates fear and discomfort.
I request you to urgently investigate this matter and take strict disciplinary action against the driver. I also request you to kindly change/remove this driver from Route No. 115 to prevent such incidents in the future.
