I had ordered for 2 shirts and trousers on 8 Feb 23 via order no Obacab4. The order was prepaid by netbanking. Part order ie us polo assn olive trousers was never delivered to me and got cancelled by the seller as on 22 Feb 23. The refund to source account was initiated by you. But till date the said amount Rs 1105/- is yet to be credited to my bank account from which I had done the payment. I have called up the customer care service twice and I have been given a complaint ticket id #[protected] on 10 Mar and the same has been confirmed again to me on 13 Mar by the customer care service representative. I was also told that I will get a call within 24hrs regarding the same. Inspite numerous email and calls to customer care service, no has has called me till date. I didn't expect such Luke warm response from nnnow.com. I have been a regular customer. Now I would request you to act swiftly and get my money refunded to me immediately without any further delay as i had placed the prepaid Order on 08 Feb and almost 02 months have lapsed waiting for the refund.
