Refund pending since feb 2023....

Hi,
I ordered flying machine men gray solid chambray weave pure cotton casual shirt on 25th March 2023.
On 30th March 2023, my order automatically cancelled and henceforth the refund amount is not credited to my account until now. Everytime I called on customer care or mailed them they simply saying your request is forwarded to our team and your return will be initiated around 5-7 business working days.

I had ordered for 2 shirts and trousers on 8 Feb 23 via order no Obacab4. The order was prepaid by netbanking. Part order ie us polo assn olive trousers was never delivered to me and got cancelled by the seller as on 22 Feb 23. The refund to source account was initiated by you. But till date the said amount Rs 1105/- is yet to be credited to my bank account from which I had done the payment. I have called up the customer care service twice...

I placed an order (Tommy shirt in small size) from NNNOW.com however I received wrong order (received medium size) ORDER NUMBER O34c71e. Post that I selected return option in app and selected wrong item delivered and pick up was scheduled via Xpress bees tracking number [protected]. Courier guy came and collected the parcel. Later, I received a message stating pick up is cancelled due to miss match of the product.

They Sent ne a burnt blazer not taking return

Refund was supposed to be reflect by 10th jan 2022 but not till now and the representatives also don’t have any information about it

I have places the order on May 23 and it is not being dispatched by the retailer as the pickup agent tried picking up twice and upon calling their customer care she said wait for Tuesday it will be delivered and no worries tracking will be updated soon.

Neither tracking is updated nor I have received my product. I need my money and i do not want to wait anymore because the retailer does not want to dispatch.

This company is sending the wrong products and then they do not reply to the customer, to their complaining, they don't provide any kind of support, they don't even refund their customer. And i am one of the victims. I would like everyone to check their facebook page, comments of the customers, and the reviews. 1.7 out of 5 are their facebook ratings.

I placed my order on 12th august 2020 and the product wasn’t even shipped, but the tracking details show “shipment rto locked”. The order was prepaid and there’s no option to cancel it.

Hi, I placed few orders on NNNOW.com and have been a regular customer. Recently, I placed few orders which were delivered by 10th May and since then the status of the products is showing as Delivery attempt will be made soon. Because of the status not getting updated I am unable to place the return order from over 20 days now. I have contacted their customer phone no. and have emailed them multiple time and they last responded 10 days back...

This is totally a fake website. I suggest never ever order from this website (NNNOW), they are just running timepass website for stealing customers money. Here is my worst experience for one of placed online order(Order Number: O1b9ce0). I ordered a jacket, then placed a return its been 15-20 days, nobody came to pickup the items. I have called daily to customer care, they are also worst service providers, keep on saying that they will come today, then tomorrow, then after weekends blah blah.. but never came back.. Rest the worst part is they blocked my number too and lastly they saying now it cannot be returned. Lolz, this you should have said to me earlier only. Pissed off with this experience. Worst customer support, experience, fooling peoples with delivering damaged items.

2nd your delivery boy is so arrogant and by self told that the order is cancelled, he called me after i mailed you
3rd I ordered an US Polo yellow flip flops and what i received is some sort of a ### cap
4th Aeropostale Solid Cotton Elastane Trunk is been cancelled without informing by mail or by phone number
