I placed an order (Tommy shirt in small size) from NNNOW.com however I received wrong order (received medium size) ORDER NUMBER O34c71e. Post that I selected return option in app and selected wrong item delivered and pick up was scheduled via Xpress bees tracking number [protected]. Courier guy came and collected the parcel. Later, I received a message stating pick up is cancelled due to miss match of the product.
I already specified that wrong product was delivered to me which I requested for a return and now shipment is collected from me however no update what is happening. Such a poor services, no response from both the companies on email and customer care executives aren't giving any info. Was this information helpful? |
