Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail on behalf of tourist who faces safety issue while visiting india.

I am a Nepalese person who travelled delhi this march 7 2022. We were going to chandani chowk but as traffic was jam our taxi driver told us that our hotel is few meter away and you can go there through walking distance. So we carried our luggage and belonging and start walking. As we do not have any map due to lack of internet so we asked local shop owner in the road and they suggested us to take rikshaw (pedal Rikshaw) to go there.

We were passing by Lal masjid (lalkuan Bazar Road) near Chandani chowk road in a rikshaw at 3:00 pm in the afternoon. All of a sudden one man came and start shouting at us asking if we need any kind of girl (virgin, foreigner, nepali etc). We ignored him and rikshaw keep on moving. Few second he followed us after somtime he stopped the rikshaw with his hand. We shouted please do not disturb and try to threaten him to call the police but he was so confident that he told us to give a try. Beside he also threaten us with our life. We were quite nervous and afraid as well. We stayed calm for a minture or two and he continued to threaten us and we in a low voice ask riskhaw rider to move on.

My point is

Is Delhi safe for foreigner? As we were treated in such a way in busy road in the afternoon. what will be the case in the night.

I am writing this mail to Delhi Police as I feel such cases also need to be reported before any unwanted circumstances may occur to other people in future.

In our locality there are many open plots serving as a open ground for bull fighting and because of this many people badly injured and one man recently lost his life also. Its my humble request that please take any action as soon as possible for removal of these open bulls from residential areas in order to save children's as well as elders life

Met many accidents recently. Also vehicle will be damaged through travel.

Recently it repaired but not properly.

one thing "From Thiruvananthapuram to Ernakulam" only above mentioned area is damaged for years (minimum 5-6 years)

I am a representative of lakh of peoples those using this road.

I purchase One box bed size 516.5 from above firm on 16/02/2020 vide bill No. 039 (GST No. 20EPGPK3433C1ZJ on line. On olx, i saw resmi note 8 mobile and connected to it, i fixed it at 45 hundred he said that i have sent to send 500 rupees to paytm and then the courier person called me to say pay me 4000rs online.
