I got my AC refilled by using No Broker on the 10th of May. As per their policy, my AC is under warranty for 3 months. On 5th June, my AC stopped cooling and on 6th June I raised a service request, I was allotted 5:00 pm for on 10th June for service. I was not consulted before this slot was fixed. This is inconvenient for me because 10th of June is a weekday and at 5:00 pm I am typically at the office. Naturally, I requested on chat that I be given an earlier date and a morning slot of 8:00 am. I was told that slots were not avaailable for an earlier date. This is not true for a fact because I saw that there were plenty of free slots between 5th of June and 10th of June for fresh appointments. I called the customer care number on 6th of June, the technician was taken on a conference call & I was assured that the technician would visit at 8:00 am on 10th of June. The technician was a no show on the 10th. I was given a new appointment for the 11th of June, the technician is still a no show. No Broker does not intend to honour its warranty. In this sweltering heat of Delhi, they are deliberately deprioritising service requests & harassing the customers. They are are trapping customers by misleading warranty promises during sale. There is so much delay in honoring the warranty, that I as would eventually have to buy a new service, which will double my cost. My AC is still dysfunctional and I am getting sick from the heat.
