    I have used NoBroker service for house shifting. They didn't handle the AC Properly and Gas leaked from the AC Outdoor unit after the installation and I had to spend an additional 3500 RS To get it fixed. When I wrote to No broker guys they mentioned it was not their mistake and can not refund the amount.

        Hi,
        I had booked packers and movers service for April 3rd 2022. with invoice number :NBTS/MAR/11509. But cancellation has been done without my consent by MR. Razaq the relationship manager. I am trying to contact no broker from past 24 hours but nobody is responding or calling back. Mr Razaq was calling me again and demanding for extra money.

          I have paid ₹9000 towards owner relaxation plan to sell my flat.

          They have taken money and are doing nothing .
          LEAST EFFORTS BY SO CALLED RELATIONSHIP MANAGER MR KETHAN KUMAR TO SELL THE FLAT. DAILY HE WILL SIMPLY FLASH FEW BUYERS LIST AND THE VERY NEXT DAY HE WILL WRITE THAT THE BUYERS ARE NOT CONTACTABLE.

          TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR AND NO BROKER IS SIMPLY LOOTING MONEY FROM PUBLIC.

          I WANT REFUND OF COMPLETE AMOUNT AS NOTHING IS BEING DONE BY NO BROKER TO SELL THE FLAT.

                I opted for Home Cleaning Services on No broker worth 5449 and the service was cancelled immediately. No broker customer called me twice to check if I want to reinitiate and I clearly told them that I did not want to take the service. Now, they still have'nt initiated a refund nor am I able to reach the customer service.

                  No broker sales person forced me to get premium plan. I paid 3500 and got personal assistance and she started posting all nonsense properties after all follow ups and calls daily I have to remind her to post properties. We got house from outside as per our requirements. When we asked about refund they denied issuing refund and closed our premium account. Without finalising property they looted our money and closed our premium account. I want my refund back.

                    We have already mark mail multiple time but not get the proper resolution & amount not credit in card till now.

                    I have made a payment of Rs. 2400 on date 09-Jan-2022 but not credit in account so i called to customer care but they denied for this after long discussion No broker team agreed that payment was not update in bank & amount will be refund in card within 7-8 days but till 29th Jan-22 we have not received amount .

                      I asked no-broker to help me renting my Pune property and also manage it post renting in Dec-21.
                      However the property management service experience was very bad on all aspects e.g. no timely response, not resolving property maintenance issue etc.
                      So i refused to sign Property management service agreement and asked to return 50 % of deposit(which tenant had paid to their account) they hold.
                      Madhu Nirjsan who was my property manager on 20th Jan called me and said they will deduct some amount (around 5.5k) and deposit the remaining amount. Though till today no money deposited to my account or any communication in that regard.

                      I have tried several times to call/email Madhu or Vinayak Uddi (my relationship manager) but there is no response from anyone.

                      Can you please help resolve this?

                        I have activated freedom plan under residential property and i utilised 25 contacts.thwy asked me to renew the plan to get more house contact details.I renewed the freedom plan under commercial property unknowingly instead of residential property.Had multiple chats and calls about this query and they confirmed that they will change the plan within 24 hrs..but it's not happened and if i ask them they tell that "will arrange a call back". No solution as of now and they did not taken any initiative as of now.No calls as well.

                          My two fans(table fan and standing mist fan) and my radio was stolen by the vendor. Vendor were local vendors, not professionals, we raise complaint with No Broker customer care team, not a single person was able to resolve this matter.I had to followup every day except on New year's Eve and New year's day, I didn't call.No respect for my time, energy gone in talking to customer care There's this supervisor called Dhanush, total waste of time, will only blame the cm, doesn't know what he is talking.anotger supervisor named Nagma didn't even know head and tail of my issue, sounded more as a bot, movement manager Yassin and poornima they are only good to talk ever you and nothing else" so horrible and outrageously unresolved issue of mine yet with No Broker team. No one called even from escalations yet, though email was sent in detail on 6th Jan"2022

                            I have been cheated by nobroker sales team from 1st go itself.
                            1) 16dec i got a cal from sales rep i think his name was (Rahul) he advised us to purchase a (relax plan) before buying it we clearly asked him about particular property in gurgaon.

                            (Rahul) told me very clearly in that property he can see atleast 50 houses and we immediately said ok we wil buy the plan he sent us link and we paid 3538.81 INR on 16th dec as soon as we bought the plan.

                            We got a message of our RM (Ananya)

                            As soon as we got email abt our RM Ananya we thought this waS quick but we never knew the mess will start from here .

                            1st fake promises of cal back they tell us we called but noone cals
                            2) when we asked ananya what Rahul said she had no clue

                            Our so called RM had no clue about the properties which we asked to Rahul She said she needs time we were ok with that.

                            Next day I myself messaged her abt update she said she will cal and guess what she told me 2 properties that too expensive.

                            When I bought the plan i told them the Budget, preferred location etc and guess what they showed me properties of there choice i mean really why the hell m i paying you guys for.

                            99% of property which they showed was atleast 7-10%k extra expensive I mean really guys ..
                            Instead i went immediately to check @Housing and @magicbricks i got 20 properties staright away Which was shocking for me. I paid for just nothing.

                            Next day after so.many follow ups i got a cal with excuses i told them to listen to cals of sales rep .

                            I asked for manager we got a cal from a Manager named (Kiran) who asked us to give him time aa he will listen cals.

                            We are literally beggin for the money which they looted who will trust them now.

                            Kindly tell them to work with ethics as 3-4k wont make them millionaires.

                              Be careful, they are fraud companies who are just looking for excuse to eat your money
                              twice i took paid owner subscription, both the times they could not arrange a single prospect tenant. Also second time, they did not refund my subscription amount saying that deposit quoted by us was more than the deposit taken from tenant arranged by another broker, despite me telling them that i am flexible with rent and deposit both.
                              Be careful when dealing with such fraud companies, who cannot arrange a single prospect tenant for over two months. Dont’ go for paid subscription at all.

                                I opted for a money-back plan for renting out my apartment. While enrolling on this plan, No Broker executive had briefed me in verbal as well as in writings that they will refund fully if I find a tenant from other sources. I did find out tenants from outside sources within a week of enrollment. Meanwhile, they never provided any service or brought up a potential tenant for my home. After a week they refunded some amount deducting the service fee for the service that they never provided. Upon enquiring with the same executive, she said it is a fault from their side and she will submit a query to their accounts team and make sure they will refund the service fee as well. It has been a month and I never received any amount. She was keeping on telling different target dates to issue the refund but never achieved one. They promise something but deliver something underrated. They are not trustworthy especially their executives/ agents. I have attached the chat history with No broker executive here. More than the issues, the way of their customer service hurts us a lot. They proved themselves not trustworthy, as the response time and response methods will keep on fading as time moves.

                                  Had the worst experience with movers and packers deployed.

                                  ISsues are as below

                                  1. The Movers and Packers were supposed to come at Slot 8am - 10am. Arrived at 1pm after contacting multiple personnel.
                                  2. Did not carry all items that were supposed to be taken from the house. We still have one Godrej Cupboard pending in our house which is not yet moved and one big carton full of books.
                                  3. RO Aqua Purifier was supposed to be taken from the house- but they did not know how to remove it
                                  4. One Godrej Cupboard that was brought had compartments that have been broken during travel. Images are attached. Also had a lamp broken at home.
                                  5. We used only 4 cartons out of the expected 20 cartons as they said it will occupy all the space but the truck was half empty.
                                  6. Only one TV was bubble wrapped.
                                  7. The Ac uninstallation was done very shabbily. He did not even remove the switch. We had to pay an additional 1500 to get the ac installed.
                                  8. We reached the destination address only at 8 pm. We had to request the builders to allow us after time as there is a cut off in the new apartments.
                                  I have spent 11k on just moving a Washing machine, 2 godrej cupboards, 2 furniture racks and 4 cardboard boxes. None of the remaining stuff was moved. ME and my dad in our car have since then made 8 trips to our place and brought few of the items - I paid insurance for RS1250 - but nothing has been done for the cupboards that have broken. I have one cupboard in my old place that also has the cupboard broken. We were supposed to have 20 boxes moved but moved only 4 boxes.

                                        I was shift my house hold from Mumbai to Indore, I approched to No Broker they offer me insurence of your house hold for if any damage happen, insurence willl cover all the thing.

                                        But now I am going to claim for my damamged house holds, insurenace company IFFCO TOKIO not giving such damamge amount but was arround 10% of total loss and NO BROKER side no one explain about the tnc of issurence .

                                        Please look this issue, I am following up this since March end but still not get close.

                                            I have taken money-back plan from Nobroker to sale my property on 2 Mar 2020. They are unable to sale my property till Sep 2020. I have asked Vineetha R (relationship manager) to refund money but she denied and asked her Manaher Vinay to call us. He assured us that he will take it up and come back. From last 2 weeks we are following up but he is not responding to calls every time I call on customer care number they are assuring that he will call back but no response from last 2 weeks. No broker is a fraud firm, they are just taking your money and not providing good service

                                              I, Vaishali Jawle, my husband has done the payment of 6601 on 26-Oct-2020 for rental agreement with Nobroker.com Online portal. We were expecting biometric to be done on the next day i.e. on 27-Oct-2020 (Sunday) as they promised as well but they failed to give an appointment. My husband did lot of follow-up with relationship manager Raqeeb but he was not at all quick to give an appointment. After so much of follow up they manage to give an appointment for 1-Oct-2020 for tenant only i.e.me. We told them to take same day or next day's appointment for owner's biomentric. but they did not do it. I am continuously calling them on their number but nobody is responding at all for the Owner's appointment.
                                              I want my refund back as soon as possible.

                                                I have an commercial property on rent in balkampet, hyderabad which I had decided to give it on rent..as I was not able to get a rent by searching myself I approached no broker in this regard.
                                                At first I updated all the details of my property with pics and description about the property...
                                                Then I called to the concerned department and asked about the best plan that is suitable to me so that I would get the property rented as soon as possible..so on 5th sept we made a payment of about 3400 and activated the relax plan..so once after the Activation of the plan I was said that the relationship manager is rakesh reedy and he would be looking out of providing the leads to get it rented and after that about 1 week later I again called to those people asking about the progress that had happened..they stated that my plan was wrongly activated and changed the plan to commercial relax plan and again after 1 week I called to the same guys stating about the progress about my service they stated again that my plan was wrongly activated and would activate me with a relax plan and assigned me with the new relationship manager arun..
                                                And from that day onwards every time I keep calling to those guys they state that they are working on it..
                                                So finally I called and asked about the refund in the amount as it was wrongly activated from their end they are stating that the plan is activated by the sales team and they are not responsible...
                                                They don't have a proper protocal as well when I call them they state that they don't have facility to call to higher officials and their relationship manager will call me back which never happens..it is almost since one month and nothing is happening..so req for a help in this regard

                                                  No broker has taken advance amount for packer and mover service but after I cancelled the service, no broker have not refunded the amount till date. They claim that refund is already provided but they are providing the proof of payment.they are just fooling around and not yet refunded the amount yet.

                                                    Pls refund the amount if you think my txn suspicious then return back the total amount which was paid with services go to hell with the terms and conditions I'm going to Esclate this to RBI & consumer forum regarding fraud being done by you by the name of T&C i bet you company will be Delisited and closed sooner in the coming days

                                                      There is no show of tenants after repeated followups for consecutive 5 weeks and the plan is over now. I have escalated several times but they say they will get back and again no response. My number is[protected] and i want my full refund of money since there was no service provided.

                                                        I had taken Ownership Plan on June 18th 2020.Initially on the 1st week there were around 4 tenants who showed up to see the property.Then after that not even single person came to visit the property. The Relationship Manager 1st Rakesh Gowda was not following up on any of the Leads and I used to take initiative and ask/update on the Leads. Then got the Relationship Manager got changed but it didnt help me much since again there were no Leads.So for 1 month there is NO SHOW of tenants to visit the property and my ownership plan is getting over in 1 week. Now the No broker is telling the plan covered NO SHOW which is insane. They are not ready to refund the money also.I wasted my money taking ownership plan and my house is also vacant.

                                                        Hence i would like to lodge complaint that Owners are mis-used and mislead by NO Broker to take Ownership Plan and then the kind of service they provide is pathetic. No one come to visit the property and Plan gets over. And we owner are made fools by shelling out money in the name of TRUST and BRAND.

                                                        I want full refund of my money with the mental and emotional damage caused by No broker.

                                                          I had opted for free plan which is for tenant i wanted to rent my house. I had clearly explained the details to the analyst. The analyst should the issue and spoke about other plan. Where i told him that relax plan will be and as i had already made the payment we confirmed it can changed and differential amount can be paid to get the plan activated. Again i called to check i was told they are working on that. Today when i call they tell it is not possible and i have to wait for the refund and not when and how this will be done. The first call waited for 20min no response and again had to call back.

                                                          This is very bad customer service. I need a solution or proper response
