No Broker — No broker - purchased premium but property is not active.

I have taken premium subscription for selling my flat on 12th April 2026 on No Broker. But property is inactive. Relationship manager nor the field executive contacted me.

I tried to reach the customer care for activation, they told it would be active in 1 day then in 2 hours, then call would get disconnected immediately after calling. Now if I try to call, I am getting message my mobile number is not registered mobile number.
I tried to login again with my mobile number, I got OTP but says it is not valid. I also tried to reach the email, but the website is not working properly.

Kindly help me resolve the issue.
