No Broker — Not Adhering to the Plan (Breach of agreement)

My self Girish Pandit Badiger, I have subscribed for Super Realx Plan

As per Plan,

1) I shou;d have Relationship Manager and Field Manager who supposed
to Give physical and Virtual tour of property : Single Virtual tour
not happen so far
2) I was said within a month, they will ensure will get rented house
as per my requirement : So far nothing Happen
3) Field Manager not coming in actual but in No bRoker Apps i am
getting False message saying that FRM Shown you the Property ( I
replied to that message in Apps saying its false)
4) Even though, My requirements are given in written unnecessarily
sending non relevant leads / Proposal

Overall ZERO value for my plan so far

SO Request to please cancel the Plan and written money back
Same request i did with Relationship Manager but she did not agreed
for Money back

I called 2 times to Escalation =91 [protected] number but as
expected no result, not received call

My Target was get house before 15 th May, So i paid choose the plan based on "No broker's one of the customer care member advise, but did not got, hence I stopped calling and receiving call from them after 2nd week of May,
