No Broker — Owner Super MoneyBack Plan - No Broker( Fraud)

I took Owner Super money back plan from "Nobroker.in" worth 12000 Rs including taxes. The agency promised me that they will find a tenant for sure and if they didn't find the tenant in 60 days, they will refund the whole amount. They will provide Relationship manager and Field service manager also and my apartment ad will be listed as premium in top page. This agency is a fraud company cheating customers, taking their money and making false promises. From the beginning, the so called relationship manager provided feedback that his service was not satisfactory and they were not ready to change relationship manager. All reports provide by him was fake, His name is Syed Maslihuddin Sakaf and number provided of his is not direct number. I have to call helpdesk to place request to call me back.

As I cant keep my property vacant for 60 days, I was able to manage property with local agent and rented out with one month of commission to him in the Mumbai. After that Salama Sultana and her team tried to Visit my flats many times without my permission to force tenants to say that property has been done through No broker. Syed Maslihuddin Sakaf took my tenant number from me with explanation that it is required for refund process and his team started calling my tenants multiple times to force him to ensure no broker should not returned money to me
My tenants got frustrated and now he is cancelling the agreement with daily calls and visit to the property from No broker. At the same time Salma Sultata and Syed Maslihuddin Sakaf not providing me any updates about what is going in the back( Almost 3 weeks). They were not responding in email, no updates on Helpdeks call, no updates on chat by relationship manager Syed Maslihuddin Sakaf.

Now I am submitting rental agreement with correction of deposit amount where Salma Sulatana is asking question how we can trust you that you have paid stamp duty and we cannot refund amount. Salma Sulatana also saying that she has proof that tenants had agreed that he connected on mobile with me through Nobroker but she can’t share that information with me due to company policy purpose.

Kindly think twice if you ever interacting while taking your plan and came across Syed Maslihuddin Sakaf and Salma Sulatana. They will go at any level to ensure money will not be refunded by adding clause which has not mentioned anywhere in the policy document.
