I am writing this mail to raise a complaint with the nobroker team on the emotional turbulence I faced with the packers and movers of Nobroker. To put into context, I was not planning to go with Nobroker initially, however, since I relied on nobroker for its rental services, went ahead without giving much thought.
Coming to my issue, my shifting was scheduled on 24th Jan 2024 (Mumbai to Pune), and the team promised me a same day delivery with 100% on time guarantee (which I believe is mentioned in your app/site). Despite the fact that I personally enquiring multiple times on the delivery date, it was promised to me that the delivery would happen the same day well before time. My self, my wife, infant kid, my parents (senior citizen) arrived on time at the new location. However, the packers and movers didn't reach the venue and they cited there was a huge jam due to some local protests. The packers eventually reached the next day at 12.30 pm!!!
All this while, myself and my family got stranded in the new location. Had it been myself, I would have ignored this fiasco from your end. My 1.5 yr old kid and parents were left stranded with nowhere to go. I was forced to search for a hotel and ultimately had to move in my family there.
