No Broker — Refund against Super Seller Money Back plan

I used No Broker's Seller Super Money Back Plan to sell my flat, paying ~₹25, 000 on August 8, 2023. A relationship manager, Mr. Jawad Shaik, was assigned on August 9, along with Field Relationship Manager Mr. Vikram, who visited my property for photos. On August 21, I informed Mr. Jawad of my decision not to sell and asked about a refund process. He said he'd discuss it with seniors.

On August 24, Mr. Ajay Kumar Barik, Mr. Jawad's boss, contacted me and mentioned a deduction of ₹125/day for 12 days (totaling ₹1, 500), to which I agreed. He promised to revert after an internal discussion but never did. When I called on August 24, someone else answered, stating he was on another call.

Later, Mr. Sachin, also claiming to be Mr. Jawad's boss, contacted me on 26th Aug., and I explained the situation to him as well. He assured a callback after an internal discussion and mentioned a 10-11 day refund process. However, I never received any follow-up calls. Despite emailing and sending reminders, there was no response. Customer care calls on August 28 and September 4 yielded no results either. No Broker services are worst and should not be taken. It's indeed frustrating when it seems like there's a lack of accountability in customer service. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks,
