I had opted for the Relax Plan and paid ₹8406.40 to NoBroker. Due to an emergency, I am unable to proceed with the house change at this time. I requested either a refund or the option to use the amount for other services such as rent agreement, house cleaning, etc.
I spoke with my RM and also received a call from one of your executives. They immediately canceled the plan and assured me they would discuss internally and get back to me. However, I have not received any update since then. Despite multiple calls, they either get disconnected or remain unanswered.
It is unacceptable to lose the entire ₹8406.40 without availing any benefits. I kindly request you to consider my case and take necessary action to either process the refund or allow me to use the amount for other NoBroker services. Please let me know if you require any further details from my end.
