No Broker — Tenant Super Relax Plan

I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the service I received after purchasing the Tenant Super Relax Plan.

on 20/03/26 No broker representative, Mr. Shubham, made a clear commitment that a local relationship manager would be assigned within two hours to assist with property visits. I specifically informed him multiple times that I would be in Mumbai for only two days and needed urgent support.

He remained on call for nearly 30 minutes and strongly pushed me to complete the payment based on this assurance. However, after the payment was made, no representative was assigned, and there was no response despite multiple follow-ups and calls.

Due to this false commitment and lack of service:

I wasted two valuable days in Mumbai
No property visits were arranged
I had to return to Hyderabad without any outcome
This clearly amounts to deficiency in service and misrepresentation.

I request a full refund of the amount paid immediately along with penalty for mental harassment
