No Brokers — Fraud - no help provided

This is my second complaint. As first complaint is being said resolved but it hadn't be. Moreover i can't find that complaint to follow on.

on 16 july 2020, 8:04 am, 2 unauthorized transactions were made from my ICICI credit card number [protected], of amount Rs 38, 885 AND Rs 38, 986 towards NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES .
These were fraud transactions and were not carried out by me. IT was my hard earned money which I have lost. I have filed FIR already. You can see copy of it.
I have already complaint against No Brokers and they asked me to send transaction details through whatsapp. I had sent details but recieved no response from their side. Why No Brokers is not helping me either they are feeding on our hard earned money or they are hand in gloves with fraudsters. You can see the details of whatsapp as well.
Please help me to recover my money.Else i am going to register new FIR against NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.
