No — samsung galaxy s9 not shipped since 1 and half months

I have placed an order of samsung galaxy s9 on flipkart on 22 nd of march, 2020 but due covid 19 situations the order was unfortunately had to be delayed. I got the product on discount. Its been almost two months and the seller has not yet packed my order inspite of repeated complaints to flipkart. They are delivering and taking fresh orders from green zone and yellow zone area, and my area is also under green zone and my neighbours are getting their products from flipkart. But they are not ready to ship my product only.

Please help me to get the product delivered.
They are saying repeatedly that they are working on my issue but its half months of them saying the same without any practical help.
So, please help me out in the matter.
Its really annoying waiting since so many days
