Nobero — No delivery of prepaid order

Have placed this order on 22nd March.
Have not received it yet. That's 17 days ago. When I called customer care they asked me to pay Rs 5 to update my pincode. When I refused they send me a link and said if I don't click on the link then I will not get my refund.
