I tried to exchange a product against a higher priced product and paid rs 100 on two occassions. The payments were confirmed but that exchange was not confirmed. And they have not refunded 200rs ever since. For the last 3weeks they keep on saying the same thing that it is already refunded, but never share any refund details. Also that there is technical issue and all those stories...everytime I reach out they copy paste the same messages....

I ordered 2 tshirts, they are small so i exchange it and both get picked up after pickup it showing return cancelled and now i dont know what i do my tshirt got picked up and now it show it is cancel and no response from nobero end wrost experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my return request for two t-shirts from order N1062204 placed with Nobero. Despite returning both items as per the instructions provided, I have only received a refund for one of the t-shirts.

On [29/04/24], I initiated the return process for the two t-shirts from my order upon checking my account, I noticed that the refund processed only covers one of the returned t-shirts.

I would like to request an immediate investigation into this matter and a prompt resolution to ensure that I receive the refund for the second t-shirt as well. As a consumer, I have the right to expect fair and transparent transactions, including a full refund for all returned items in accordance with your return policy.
I have previously emailed the admin regarding this issue but have not received a response. Please resolve promptly.

if Nobero gives back my refund I would drop this complaint from this page.

I had ordered a hoodie from nobero but the size was small so I returned it and asked for the exchange it is 13 th day but no assurance from them.

Hi I have placed orders for 3 Tees delivery was supposed to be on 18th May but still not received. Received some tracking message but when I clicked on the message it says status cancelled.

I bought a trackpant from https://nobero.com/ on April 4th 2023 with order id N525286. The promised delivery date was 11th of April 2023. I contacted customer care on Whatsapp number [protected] and they told me they would resolve the issue in 48 hours. They are yet to resolve the issue and do not respond on Whatsapp anymore.

I want a complete refund of my money....

Have placed this order on 22nd March.
Have not received it yet. That's 17 days ago. When I called customer care they asked me to pay Rs 5 to update my pincode. When I refused they send me a link and said if I don't click on the link then I will not get my refund.

I recently purchased goods worth 999 from your company on March 2023, unfortunately due to product size issue i had to request for return. The return was picked up last week on 15th March, however, it is now almost 6 days, no refund has been made and the status is showing the items still on transit. Can you please let me know how much time does it take to receive the returned items and when will my amount be refunded. My order ID is N509031

This company had my trust with them initially but seems like they are a scam now, i recevied the wrong order and the haven't fulfilled everything i ordered. On writing over 10 emails and 100 calls, they do not respond on any of these. It would be greatly appreciated if this actually has a solution.

I have ordered from Nobero multiple times but they seem to have failed in customer satisfaction, i have written over 20 emails and tried to get in touch with them over 50 times but they do not respond, looks like a fraud company who is just running away with all our money now.

The order was placed for two hoodies and invoice date is 8th Dec 2022, however only one hoodie was there in the packet and immediately informed to the customer care and mail sent to customer care email ID

Since then we have been following up but issue has not bee addressed, I would request either you send the pending item on urgent basis or initiate refund for no deliver item

I'm Ramakant Mishra, i ordered 4 hoodies on 14th November from nobero.com. Order no: N392124. I received my first delivery on 22th November which was delayed than the estimated time. When i opened the package it was not the item which i ordered. So, i went to their return/exchange section. But when i tried returning the item it showed: Not Allowed as per store policies. So, i immediately sent an email to their customer care email, [protected]@care.com. I sent them the mail on 22th November, and got the response on 27th November, they mentioned in that email was, we've sent you a new return link please try from this link. I followed the steps mentioned in that, but still it didn't got return. So, i sent them another reply. And got the reply on 2nd December. They again sent me another new link but again my item didn't got returned. So, i sent them the 3rd mail regarding this issue. I mentioned that send a delivery executive at my address and tell him to pick-up the item and the technical team will refund my money. But, till now (9th December 2022) I've not got any reply. So, i request you to take a strict action against nobero. They have been cheating with their customer. And if they will reply about my this complain they will say we have only 15 day return policy. As i mentioned above, i received my first item on 22th November, and on the same day i sent them email regarding this but they didn't took my problem seriously. My email ticket no: 10687. Please i request you to get my money back from them, the price was 599 INR.

I ordered 5 tshirts and only 1 arrived. Order tracking shows delivered. Thete os no response to the mails and tickets. They are fraud.

I have ordered a Hoodie from this Website "Nobero" Thinking that the website is genuine. The Order was made on 13th Oct 2022. Today is 03rd Nov 2022. Still they have not sent my order. There is no contact of this website or a customer care number to speak with. Every time you call a number which was received on WhatsApp there is only one prompt message in the phone. The Only way they are asking to contact, is to through a mail ID "[protected]@nobero.com". Although multiple times the mails are send to them, It seems they have a typical way of sending a return reply to the users.

This is now looking to be a fraudulent way of working. Not really solving the problem and there seems to be no genuinity nor an authentic way of solving the issue.

After Searching the webpage I found people like me are more in number. Hope this review helps people to not to book anything from this page. I would request if Nobero gives back my refund I would drop this complaint from this page.

The print on the tshirt was upside down. The print was of bad quality.
I received the product on Oct 12th and dropped an email immediately but till now (after 4 days) I have not received any response to the email. There is no contqact number. I feel this is a thug company.

They also delete bad reviews from their website. I left a couple of honest reviews which were taken down after some time. Their good reviews seem...

Fake website. Fake people. Fake clothing. Fake promises. Worst services ever. Not refunding amount and not even responding to emails. No contact number mentioned. Cheaters. Beware from such cheapsters.

Shame on Nobero.Firstly, they send you a wrong product, collect cash, and then tell you that they don't have a return pickup agreement with any courier company, ask the buyer to ship it back and then share all the banking coordinates for the refund.What an unprofessional E Commerce company.Worst customer service.ZERO RATING....

Hello, I had booked a combo of 3 T shirts 3 months ago. I recieved only one shipment which was containing only 1 T shirt. I mailed to Nobero multiple times, they ensured me that my order will be received soon. But now it's been a long time. Neither they send my order nor refund my money....

This website is a fraud website. i ordered 2 prepaid items from this website 20 days ago. still not received my orders.when i am trying to track my order, the website showing that information not available. than i try to contact with coustmer support, but there are no any option to contact them. finally i found a email address and i mail my query, but its been 15 days and till now no respond from them. than i research on google and youtube. and i came to kow that i am not a only person who is trapped i their fraud. they are sitting on the money of thousand people like me. i trapped beacause they have verified account on instagram & facebook, so i believed them. so please take some action.

I had order a t-shirt and the product is not delivered but status is shown as delivered.
There is no proper response regarding this issue.

I have not received the parcel yet for the below tracking number. But the status is shown as delivered. Kindly check into this issue and resolve asap.

I had purchased from Nobero and returned the product as per their return policy. It has been almost 2 months and they have not refunded the money. This is a fraud company and duping us. My purchase id is N337490.

Had placed order on Nobero through Id N340270 and received material after 10 days. Seeing quality of material, had raised return request same day i received material. Pickup was done for return of material within 3 days i.e. on 1st of March 2022. Shipment got delivered back to them on 9th March 2022. Have been sending refund request to them and there has been no response from them.

There is no care number on their Website and emails are not being replied.

I seek refund from them and at the same time, i would like to request all not to buy items from them.

Have purchased a jogger but tat was cheap so had request for refund dey agreed n return request was accepted. D tym till d product was nt delivery to dem dey were replying promptly once d product reached dem dey stopped replying to mail. Dey r fraud I request everyone do no shop frm NOBERO.
