[Resolved] Nobero — Nobero refuses to ship item or refund money

I bought a trackpant from https://nobero.com/ on April 4th 2023 with order id N525286. The promised delivery date was 11th of April 2023. I contacted customer care on Whatsapp number [protected] and they told me they would resolve the issue in 48 hours. They are yet to resolve the issue and do not respond on Whatsapp anymore.

I want a complete refund of my money.
