Had placed order on Nobero through Id N340270 and received material after 10 days. Seeing quality of material, had raised return request same day i received material. Pickup was done for return of material within 3 days i.e. on 1st of March 2022. Shipment got delivered back to them on 9th March 2022. Have been sending refund request to them and there has been no response from them.
There is no care number on their Website and emails are not being replied.
I seek refund from them and at the same time, i would like to request all not to buy items from them.

Have purchased a jogger but tat was cheap so had request for refund dey agreed n return request was accepted. D tym till d product was nt delivery to dem dey were replying promptly once d product reached dem dey stopped replying to mail. Dey r fraud I request everyone do no shop frm NOBERO.

Refund against return.
I have return to nobero and confirmed by nobero but money refund not given by nobero.
Email to nobero for above same again and again but nothing.

I brought track suit from nobero. Unfortunately not satisfied with this product. So I decided to return the tracksuit . But company said refund is complete but I m not receive amout.

Hoodie not dispatched.
It's been a week since I placed my order on Nobero, they have taken the money and haven't either tried to contact me or dispatch the item in the subject. Kindly help.

I placed order on 22sept2021 for a Huddie but my money got deducted and I didn't receive any order confirmation from Nobero end. I raised a complaint then got a reply from their end with an attachment that order got failed n I should contact to my bank..I contacted to Bank and bank shared Payment reference id with me ..I shared the same with Nobero, , but it seems they are totally fraud and the reply I m getting from them is an automated reply..they are makin fool to people.
So don't purchase from them n their company should be closed and the owner should be behind bars for looting Moneny from people.

The delivery boy came and collected the item which I wanted to return almost a month ago but the amount to be refunded has not yet been credited to my account.
Furthermore, when I checked the status of my complaint, it shows that you have not received the item which I have returned.Â

Please tell me nobero contact no. I have same problem. Product return BTW refund no receive
I have not received refund after pickup the material, 25 days over for pickup. Why it is taking too much time. Kindly take it as serious issue, I need my money ASAP. It may leads a result to file a case against nobero.
I hope you understand my situation on being top of it. Literally you guys are taking so much time to refund my money. This shows the action towards customer service and loss of incrediblity of your company.
Kindly take serious action on the issue by end of the day. Please confirm and reply as soon as possible.
Please escalate this issue with higher authority.
