I'm Ramakant Mishra, i ordered 4 hoodies on 14th November from nobero.com. Order no: N392124. I received my first delivery on 22th November which was delayed than the estimated time. When i opened the package it was not the item which i ordered. So, i went to their return/exchange section. But when i tried returning the item it showed: Not Allowed as per store policies. So, i immediately sent an email to their customer care email, [protected]@care.com. I sent them the mail on 22th November, and got the response on 27th November, they mentioned in that email was, we've sent you a new return link please try from this link. I followed the steps mentioned in that, but still it didn't got return. So, i sent them another reply. And got the reply on 2nd December. They again sent me another new link but again my item didn't got returned. So, i sent them the 3rd mail regarding this issue. I mentioned that send a delivery executive at my address and tell him to pick-up the item and the technical team will refund my money. But, till now (9th December 2022) I've not got any reply. So, i request you to take a strict action against nobero. They have been cheating with their customer. And if they will reply about my this complain they will say we have only 15 day return policy. As i mentioned above, i received my first item on 22th November, and on the same day i sent them email regarding this but they didn't took my problem seriously. My email ticket no: 10687.
