I reached out to No broker customer care number and promised someone from their team would call and help resolve within 2Hrs but 2 days past and no response. Why are we allowing these daylight robbers to continue their modus operandi and fleece unsuspecting people.

Raised a complaint with my Credit card service provider as well, fingers crossed and waiting for outcomes.
