Noc Required — I have not received No Dues Certificate till date

I had taken loan for a period of Three years for purchasing my car. It was financed by Mahindra and mahindra Fianance. I need NOC for my car loan against loan contract ID No. 3987232 . The loan has already been cleared in the month of 2018 but I have not received No Dues Certificate till date.
