Sadarpur khajoor colony sec45. Noida..street no.38...from 1 week we are facing the sewer issue ..sewer water come in my house...all street people facing issues... We also complain..we escalate..i[censored] willnot take.. action.. help me out..early..we are facing issue from one week

Please get the open Sewage closed as the covering blocks are damaged and no cover available. The issue was raised to JE and the senior JE of the area but in past six months no action is taken.

I am yet to get a Duplicate Copy of the Completion Certificate of my subject-mentioned residence.

This is with reference to the H.No. 164, Block H, Sector Beta-2, Greater Noida, UP. Water Charges has been paid by us till March-2023, but the connection has been closed. Requested the supply to be resumed with immediate effect....

I live in noida sector 41, there is a big problem of cows roams around and if some or other person feed them they sit to that place and make that area very dirty and sometimes they fights which even create the problem for us sometimes damaged the cars, i am writing this just to catch them and send them to cow shelters for their betterment, as no one cares for them kindly remove them from sector so the environment should be neat and tidy and do dung over my place and i personally don't want them to sit over here, i live sector 41 f -block near mandir, adress is f-139 i am attaching the photos

Sewer line block in front of D-119 and 120 main hole

I abhay dubey residing at sd 109 sec 45 noida. i want to lodge a complain regarding abscence of gabage collecting vehicle in my area frequetly.
we are facing serious problem due to smelly garbage inside my home. it is just because vehicle absent frequently.
it is my request to slove this issue as soon as possible.

Here in noida Sector-71, 5% plot area road construction started today but they are not making properly. They have not applied coal tar properly, Not put material in sufficient quantities, neither have small road roller or other equipment to make road stick to the ground. In front of my house they just put the material and gone. They have not crushed it with road roller or other equipments. Neither used coal tar in sufficient quantities. This will make road out within 1 day. My address is S.P-06, Sector-71, Noida. [protected].

This is regarding the complaint o[censored]nauthorized water tanks kept in the roof.
officially the no of water tanks allowed are 4 but on my roof it is 6.
Earlier this count was 8.
I have already discuss this with the KAOA office with the president and other staff and they also discuss with the flat members but they didn't agree to remove their water tanks.
Please help me into resolving this issue.
I have all the required complaint letters signed and stamped by the society office.

Its been 5 years since i bought my flat in Mahagun Moderne verona tower and paid all stamp duty for registration in advance.

But flat registry is still not done as Noida authority has put a stay on registry.

This is very very tiring and i havr visited noida authority multiple time and spoken to ms Neha and ms Ritu Maheshwari but no solution.

This is extremely unfair wherein i have put in my hard...

Stench from a drain running through Sector 41, Noida, has made the lives of residents miserable. The partially covered drain passes right through the residential area.

According to RWA, residents are even contemplating renting out their homes and shifting to other sectors.

Noida Authority had covered only part of the drain few years ago. The part in Blocks F and H are open, giving out toxic fumes.

President of the RWA, Anil Khanna, said, “We have been urging Authority officials to cover the remaining portion, but all our pleas have fallen on deaf ears.”

In addition to this, people from the neighbouring Agahpur village have turned the drain into a dumping ground for waste, blocking the flow of sewage.

The Noida Authority laboratory has found that the drain water emits methane gas, which is not only hazardous to humans but also damaging to electrical appliances, such as air-conditioners and refrigerators. Sharma said the methane gas corrodes the copper wires in them.

The RWA has lodged a complaint with the Authority and appealed for immediate measures. Residents, too, have made several representations to the project engineer. But nothing has been done so far.

I am a resident of Ajnara Daffodil, Sector 137, Noida. Apart from maintenance, unlike other societies, they are charging Rs. 1000 per flat for club charges, which is compulsory.
And even after charging it every month, they are not providing the club services and gives waste reasons everytime. But they are making money by using the same club by organising frequent events.

In the last 3 years, i have paid rs. 36000 as club charges, without using it. It's like daylight looting people money. Kindly look into the matter. Either they should provide club facilities or scrap the club charges.

Even if you can do a surprise visit to their club, you can see how badly they have maintained it and how they are extortion money from residents.

I have raised this complain earlier as well but no action been taken against it. In Sector-35 noida there is a village name morna. Where the street condition is very poor. There is no hygiene in the surrounding people throw garbage here and there even no cleaning take place in such place. Some action should be taken against it so that people should not throw any garbage on road on in sewage. Even people have open taps on road so there is lot of waste of water as well but no authority comes and see such condition. I would request you to visit the place and take some action on it as soon as possible. Noida being a smart city but there are place where government have to look after.

We had purchased a plot in sector -99 Block B in 2019 from Noida Authority and possession of the plot was given to us on 29-Sep-2020.

While giving possession, we were assured all facilities for the colony are complete like roads, street lights, sewer, water, electricity distribution lines etc.

We are now finding out Sewer is not functional, electricity line is missing. For the electricity distribution line, plot owners and RWA have reached out to both Noida Authority and UPPCL (Electricity board) multiple times.

Noida and UPPCL are blaming each other and have not worked towards providing an electricity distribution line.

Meanwhile, Noida Authority is expecting people to construct homes and live in sector-99 without proper electricity infrastruture. Else they will impose penalties on the plot owners.

We request Noida authority to ensure that basic facilities in Sector-99 are provided. Noida authority should provide a timeline for the completion of these facilities. They should also revise the completion deadlines for plot owners and give appropriate time for completion once all facilities are provided.

In noida sector 12, k block. There is no water line for 5 houses from k-91 to k-95. So, by this there is problem in water pressure and shortage of water . I request you to resolved it as soon as possible. There is old water line, while other's water line has been changed few years back but due to some problem our line has not. So please resolved it fast.

Hi Sir,
We are a resident of H Block Sector 41 Noida.
We are struggling hard due to poor water supply. The water stinks like Sewer and it is completely yellow. This is a regular issue which is effecting our health badly.

Request you to look into and rectify this. I am attaching some image of water FYR.

Issue is in the entire line from H164 - H175

Also the surroundings are totally unclean due to which there is lot of dust around/mosquitoes and flies around.

Request you to look into and rectify this.

This is to appraise you that i reside in F block, Sector-44, Noida and F-115/F116 (Double Plot) have encroached upon government land in front of their house and made it a part of their plot. They have removed their boundary wall to do this. You are therefore requested to inspect the same and take appropriate action.
