I am residing in E-97 Sector-27, Noida and for the last few months there are many stray dogs in our sector-27,Noida. All the resident are very frightened by the street dogs and many of them has already become a victim Few weeks back they attack childrens and now they are attacking adults also . Dear Sir,

I had applied Residential Plot under the Residential Plot Scheme 2004(I), vide acknowledgement No. G-151224 dt. 16/12/2004.

I have received the refund amount of Rs.49,000.00 vide cheque no.001757 dated 05.12.2005 drawn on HDFC Bank.

I am still waiting for the balance refund amount of Rs.1000.00 from them as I have not alloted any plot under the scheme.

I came to know yesterday only that i have been alloted a flat under BHS-11 Scheme in Sector XU01. Flat no. alloted in favor of me (Ritu Mendiratta w/o Ashok Mendiratta) is 572SF. When i tried to check the status of my application in the draw result over the internet it never showed so i though i didn't get the flat and my money will come back.

I have applied residential plot under RPS/01/09 scheme in the farmer's category. Do anyone has any information when the draw is going to held. General category draw is already done on 29-July , so more than a month passed already.

Please let me know if anybody have updated information. The authority website has no information about the same....

I had applied Residential Plot under the Residential Plot Scheme 2004(I), vide acknowledgement No. 165244 dt. 17/12/2004.

Instead of reminding a lot of time till date neither i have alloted any plot nor received the balance amount of Rs. 1000/- for the above application.

Different circle rate in two schemes in the same Sector (XU III Greater Noida)

Respected Sir,

I would like to inform you that 14 months before, I applied for BHS 09 Scheme. Lucky draw was announced by Greater Noida Authority on 29th May 2008. My name was in that list unfortunatly.

Plot areas for both the schemes are same, but the cost of House has large difference. The authority staff is not providing...

It's really a ridiculous deal Greater Noida Authority is doing with the applicants of BHS-11 housing scheme
firstly they informed that draw will be in held in may 2009 ( when applying in February )
due to parliament elections they carried forward the draw date without any notice
after long wait draw was finally held on 21.07.2009 & 22.07.2009...

I have been applied for GreaterNoidaAuthority- Residential allotment scheme(RPS-01/09) since 16-Feb-09. GreaterNoidaAuthority mention in scheme(RPS-01/09) that result is draw at 07-June-09. But till date result is not announce. I took loan hence in this time I have to pay extra loan amount that is difficult for me.
Kindly take any bold decision on it as soon as possible.

My Concern is with Greator Noida BHS 11Scheeme in to which draw was expected during may 09 but till date[protected] no information is avaliable on their website even no body from the authority is responding....

Draw of BHS-11 scheme was expected on May, now it is June..still no information on it. Applicant dont know where to go and whom to ask. GINDA taking no interest to telling the people.. They have there website in which they can put the information... its seems it is going to be a BIG scam. Just like DDA draw.....

In Alpha 1st C Block park there are four mercury lights. The all four mercury light not off in day.

Nobody take care why lights on in day. I already inform to Greater Noida Authority person but no action taken by them.

You are requsted to take necessary action for the same and depute person to off lights in the day....

sir, i had submitted house plan for sanctioning at greater noida in the year 2005 but till date i haven't get any information/sanction letter for the same.. meanwhile i had also submiited penalty amount in the authority as per the letter sent to me but after depositing the same they haven't sanctioned the plan till date... due to which i am suffering a lot and in mental agony bcoz without plan i m not getting my houssing loan from...
