    मैंने अपनी बेटी व दामाद को एक फ्लैट (I-204) SKYTECH MATROTT, सेक्टर-76 नॉएडा में 2015 में possession लिया था लेकिन आज तक रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो पा रही है स्टाम्प पेपर भी 7 वर्ष पहले दे दिए थे। मेरी मदद करें / सात साल हो गए रजिस्ट्री के लिए तरस गए। इस फ्लैट को किसी को बेच नहीं सकते और न ही लोन ले सकते।
    इन फ्लैटों का निर्माण SKYTECH CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD., 385, कोहट एन्क्लेव, नई दिल्ली-110034 के मालिक - मयंक चावला ([protected]) ने किया है तथा रजिस्ट्री नहीं कर रहा है।

      Respected Team,

      Location - Road on the side of Metro Station Noida Sector 101
      Reference - Noida Sector 101 Metro Station
      Issue - Very Bad condition of the road.

      I would like to explain the situation in following points :

      1. This road is attached with a side river.
      2. Some Cleaning work is going on from the last 4 days.
      3. They have put all the waste on all over the road.
      4. There is no space left for the common people.
      5. Not many people use that road, but because of the condition of the road, we are facing traffic problem as well.
      6. The Noida Authority is doing a very good job of getting the river cleaned and it would be better that the cleaning of road should be done as soon as possible.

              Sir, we r living c-184, beta 1.from 14 yrs.no prob was there about drainage ever.since neighbour c 183 has build up house, they have risen drainage above level or they have something done something against authority.pls solve the prob as water sewer water all blocks every 2nd day.odour of this is making us ill.pls check fast .we r senior citizen.something u will find, that is done against authority... Its sure.

                I am a resident of C block, sector-34, NOIDA. There are a lot of street dogs in my vicinity. This is causing a lot of problems to me and my neighbours as the dogs often turn very violent and cause a nuisance to us. They not only cause a lot of noise but they often chase children. Please look into the matter and get our locality cleared.

                    फ्लेट न.4c ब्लॉक 61 सेक्टर 122 जनता फ्लेट मुझे मिला है जिसमे लेटरिंग सीट टूटी हुई, पानी वाला पाइप लिक कर रहा है , कीचन ओर बाथरूम की बिंदो टूटी हुई है ओर सीसे भी नही लग पा रहे है इसके इलावा मुझे जो कीचन का सामान जैसे सिस्टन सावर टूटी लेने के लिए ओर अपने कार्य को करवाने के लिए ऑफिस मै कोई भी नही मिलता ओर उनके आने जाने का कोई टाइम भी नही है, अत: मेरा कार्य करवाने मे सर मेरी सहायता करे तो आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

                      sewerage/drainage system is blocked and are not covered arround IIM LUCKNOW NOIDA CAMPUS sector 62.

                      I am making a sincere request to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible as the condition may get worse in the monsoon.

                          I m a citizen of chipiyana buzurg which is under Noida authority but the problem which I and also the citizens of this village phase daily water blocking and not a single street light is working and roads in the colonies are like so much trouble to drive even to walk I had already complaint on 13 June 2022 but the no action was taken by authorities after that I m continuously contacting the authority no one is responding please take a action against this problem

                              In Madhuban Appartment mig flat sector 82 Rwa taken 600 rs for every month but they taken Money only from renter and when renter asked them to do some work like water not coming electrical problems they said aap bahar sa call karo or you have to pay money for this so please take action on this because today money is so important for middle class family . All guard at more than 60 years . We are requested to change but they not change because they earn commission from them.

                                  Parking guys toed my vehicle and put a dent on left door. Yes i parked my car in no parking zone. But when i complained about the dent then released the car without taking any fine. They were also misbehaving with me in front of my wife amd everyone in front of locals.

                                      I am from Noida sector 56 g block. Many residents living in ground floor is facing sewage issue in our homes. The sewage water just comes out anytime in the bathroom and kitchen and toilet. And it does not go away that easily. We have complained almost 3 4 times. People come check something it works fine for 2 days and then again the same. One time the water from the bathroom got in our rooms. No one is helping to fix the root cause. The situation is so bad that we have started looking for a new flat now.
